I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the floor (and unit) was. I don’t wear shoes inside anywhere and I was expecting my feet to be dirty but they weren’t. That is a huge deal to me. All utensils/cooking items/dishes/cups were in the kitchenette. The mattress was very comfortable for what it was. Overall a great price to not have to drive 2.5 hours from Denver and then hike for the day. I will definitely stay here again when planning time in the Leadville area. Right near the main road so you can walk to shops and restaurants. Overall it was veey pleasant!

My son and I loved this home away from home for our days at Ski Cooper. I've stayed in a few tiny homes and this one is tops! It was a perfect place to spend our evenings after a day on the mountain. Kitchen is large, beds comfortable. Main street in Leadville is a block away, so easy access to the coffee shop, some shopping and a few restaurants. Will absolutely book here again. Thanks Tiny House Leadville!

Great option to stay in if you’re looking for something different! Only knock is the heating situation, floor gets awfully cold. The heating unit is up high where all the heat stays, so up on the loft would be fine. The space heater provided did help. Just bring slippers! 10/10 will stay again

It was ok. We didn’t have garbage bags until the morning. And the one in the bathroom was dirty from previous people. They did leave some right away in the morning which was nice. The queen bed only had a sheet cover and not a fitted one. That would be something easy to do for comfort. It was cute overall though.

Overall, we had a very confrontable stay. The TinyHouse was clean, warm, and welcoming when we arrived. Some general feedback: include the name of the TinyHouse in the confirmation email. You provide an address that takes you to the RV park, not the house specifically. The futon mattress has seen better days. Also, there were no sheets, pillows, or blankets in the marked cabinet. Lastly, it was noisy (loud music) late at night. This may be due to the bar nearby.

Almost perfect

Location was amazing. Beds were ungodly uncomfortable. Its a tiny house so im sure box springs or slats are difficult when trying to make the most of your space but we didnt sleep much and woke up with sore shoulders and necks. We also struggled embarrassingly long trying tonget the door open without tearing up our knuckles. Overall the experience was good though and I do think we would come back with a few of our own luxuries in tow. It was clean, cute and had every necessity you could want. We were at most three blocks walk away from everything on our list in town.

perfect overnight stay before a snow day

Our first experience staying in a tiny home. Overall it was well designed and very cute. We went for one night before heading out for a day of snow at Ski Cooper and it was perfect. If we were to stay multiple nights, it doesn't allow for being cozy and hanging out but I think this is due to the nature of a tiny home rather than this particular property. The ladder to the second bed made getting in and out of the bathroom tricky. You would have to duck under the ladder when it was strategically placed so the bathroom door could slide open at all times. I do also wish there was a barrier for second bed to the edge. It was a little intimidating thinking we might roll off the edge. Other than that, it was a terrific place. We will head back up

Best stay

The stay at Tiny House Martin was fantastic. It had everything that we needed. Stove, Fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, utensils. We didn't feel a lack of anything. The house was clean and organized. The entry was easy. We skiing in Ski Cooper and the free shuttle was just 2 minutes walking distance. We made a mistake and plugged in two electric heaters in the same circuit causing the circuit breaker to trip. The property manager came within 10 minutes and fixed the issue. Leadville is a pretty good town and you have a Safeway and a few fast food places also. We had an awesome experience.
