Large character house with garden, in a village 20 minutes from the sea.
House of the eighteenth century, renovated in two parts, located in a charming village located 20 minutes from the coast and 5 minutes from the TGV station, bakery, health house, small local market on Saturday morning. All shops at 5mn (Plouaret). Our house has a very large garden of 2000 m2. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove + electric oven, fridge-freezer, small appliances); a dining room with a wood burning stove invicta, a large library lounge with sofa bed 2 pers, fireplace with insert, laundry (washing machine), garage. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms x 2 people + 2 bathrooms + 2 separate toilets; on the 2nd floor 2 large bedrooms x 2 pers. Guests can enjoy a paved terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Wifi connection available.
Beautiful walks in perspective in the heart of nature (sea and countryside) and a rich historical heritage. Very varied offer of concerts, traditional music, exhibitions, festivals etc.

Tres bon sejour a renouveler!
Maison typique et surtout au charme très prononcé. On s'y sent bien d'emblée et celatout au long du séjour qu'il pleuve, vente ou fasse beau.

Best vacation i have ever had
It is a great house to stay with our group of friends and i would reccommend everybody to stay here. The house was more complete than we had expected, a complete kitchen with things like a food processor, a dishwasher and al the kitchen equipment you can imagine, with a fantastic garden and fireplace . it was a bummer that there where only 2 person bedrooms but that was not a dissaster because we fixed that ourselves. It is placed in a small village with only a bakery at 3 min walking distance, a grocery store was about 10min driving so not that bad.

Une belle maison ancienne et confortable.
Belle maison de bourg. Beau jardin, malheureusement pas vraiment clos. Les pièces de séjour et la cuisine manquent un peu d'éclairage, mais l'ensemble est agréable, quoique pas tout à fait adapté aux enfants petits.
