Welcome to Villa Les Agrions, a spacious air-conditioned Provençal villa of 175 m², nestled among pines and olive trees in the heart of Provence. The entire property is private and accommodates up to 12 guests in a peaceful setting, perfect for large families or groups of friends.



The villa features 3 suites with private bathrooms, 2 additional bedrooms, and a children's dormitory. In total, there are 4 bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort during their stay.



The bright and welcoming living area centers around a fireplace and opens onto a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The whole house is air-conditioned and offers ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi. A baby bed and high chair can be provided.



Outdoors, everything is designed for relaxation: a private, secure 10 × 5 m pool in a fenced area, a 2,800 m² landscaped garden, pool house with outdoor lounge, large covered terrace, 12 sun loungers, plancha, and barbecue.



Guests of all ages can enjoy a ping-pong table, foosball, and a children's playhouse.



The villa is reserved entirely for your stay, with no shared spaces. Parking is available on the property.



From the villa, you can reach the Thoronet Abbey in about 5 minutes, Lorgues and Les Arcs-Draguignan TGV station in 20 minutes, the beaches of the Côte d’Azur in 45 minutes, and Saint-Tropez or the Gorges du Verdon in about 1 hour.
