Nestled in Le Tholonet, close to Aix en Provence, this modern holiday villa boasts a heated private pool offering a stunning view of Sainte Victoire Mountain.
The designer villa, set entirely on the ground level, features an open-plan layout and expansive bay windows, seamlessly merging indoor and outdoor spaces while showcasing breathtaking natural vistas. Enjoy modern amenities during your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen and a Canal+ projector in the living room, for family movie nights. The bedrooms are spread across two sleeping areas, with one area specially designed for children with a playroom and TV room for indoor entertainment.
Outside, the sprawling grounds encompass outdoor dining spaces, an outdoor bathroom, a secured and heated pool with a safety cover, as well as recreational spaces like petanque pitch and a lovely children’s playground.
The villa is situated in Le Tholonet at about 10 minutes from Aix en provence and 25 minutes from the sea and the Calanques of CassisAix en Provence is a very animated city all year round with flower and grocery market, and good shopping streets. Le Tholonet is an ideal base to discover the Provence, Cassis and the calanques, Marseille, Aubagne, and offers also various walking and hiking paths in the area of the Sainte Victoire mountain.
