A great stay

The private pool and garden are the highlight of the property with plenty of outside space. The interior is comfortable with everything we needed. Our party was just my husband and I so we didn't use the second bedroom. The location is excellent with a beach and good beachfront restaurant in walking distance, a short drive from Le Pradet which is a lively village with a great market and amenities.

Beautiful Le Pradet

Great welcome from Jacques, even though living in separate area of the villa you wouldn't realise this at all. Helpful if you needed anything. We had a bedroom upstais, lounge & kitchen with balcony & sliding doors & access to another bedrom on the ground floor. All amenities were present, cooking facilities inc outdoor BBQ, plenty of places/seats to relax & eat outdoors as well as small table inside. The most impressive things during our stay were the sole use of the pool, the beautiful manicured garden & cactus . We must mentioned the stunning sunset & easy walk to the local beach & the restaurant 😀

Wonderful stay in Le Pradet

Excellent accommodation in a perfect location to explore this beautiful part of France. The owners Fabienne and Jacques are delightful providing a warm welcome and lots of great tips. Excellent outside space with a wonderful pool and garden. And just a 10 mins walk to the beach with a must visit restaurant on the seafront! I can’t recommend it enough.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die ruhige Lage hat uns besonders gut gefallen – ideal zum Abschalten, aber die EinkĂ€uft etc. mussten mit dem Auto getĂ€tigt werden. Ein Zimmer liegt direkt im Erdgeschoss neben dem Pool. Die Gastgeber wohnen mit im Haus, waren aber sehr diskret und kaum bis gar nicht bemerkbar.

Wir hatten alle einen tollen Urlaub, bei dem wir alles bekommen haben, was wir uns vorgestellt haben! Das Haus ist bestens mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber! Der Garten ist mit dem Pool, Grillplatz und allem drum und dran besonders schön, da man dort durch die Bepflanzung rund ums GrundstĂŒck absolute PrivatsphĂ€re hat! Durch eine zusĂ€tzliche UmzĂ€unung und schöne schattige PlĂ€tze konnten wir auch unseren Hund dort herumlaufen lassen.Er hat sich rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt.Unsere Auto hatte einen Parkplatz auf dem umzĂ€unten GrundstĂŒck.Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich, nett und super hilfsbereit! Der Strand ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, dahinter folgen mehrere wunderschöne StrĂ€nde/Buchten, die man ĂŒber kleine Wege ( evtl. mit festen Schuhen)einfach erreichen kann! Von diesen Wegen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht ĂŒbers Meer! Auch das Zentrum mit der BĂ€ckerei, kleinen und großen SupermĂ€rkten (u.a. Lidl) bietet alles was man braucht.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben v.a. die ruhige Umgebung sehr genossen. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und die StrÀnde in der NÀhe sind toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr dezent, so gut wie nie zu sehen, aber wenn wir Fragen hatten auch sofort parat und freundlich. Jederzeit wieder.

Maison tout confort avec jardin magnifique

Nous avons adoré séjourné chez Fabienne et Jacques, des hÎtes aux petits soins et adorables. La maison est trÚs bien équipée, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine parfaite. Nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié le soin apporté à la décoration, Jacques collectionneur nous fait profiter de ces découvertes. La plage est à 10 min à pied et le quartier est trÚs calme, parfait pour se ressourcer

Escapade relaxante

Séjour d'une semaine trÚs agréable passé avec mon fils. Le logement est bien situé, dans une zone trÚs calme, à proximité de toutes commodités et de plages sympathiques. Les installations et équipements sont adaptés, la piscine bien entretenue et la climatisation étant d'excellents atouts pour de jeunes enfants notamment. La communication avec les propriétaires a été de bonne qualité de bout en bout.

Schönes und ruhiges Anwesen

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und rundherum eingewachsen. Das Highlight ist der Pool und die darum schönen angelegten Pflanzen wie Kakteen, Palmen und StrĂ€ucher. Wir waren zu dritt und ein Hund, alles notwendige vorhanden und Platz auch. Mehr als 3 Personen da wĂŒrde ein 2. Bad / WC fehlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr. Auch die Umgebung war schön und ruhig. Gerne wieder! Merci

Wunderbarer Garten und Pool, sehr nette Gastgeber!

Wir haben den wunderbaren Garten mit dem schönem und großem Pool sehr genossen. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat auch innerhalb unseres Aufenthaltes keine LĂŒcke im Zaun gefunden. Die beiden Gastgeber sind Ă€ußerst nett und zuvorkommend.

Ein kleines Paradies in Frankreich!

Wir sind zu zweit mit unseren zwei mittelgroßen Hunden bei Fabienne und Jacques angereist. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und man kann auf Französisch und Englisch mit den Gastgebern kommunizieren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Bad und KĂŒche wurden modernisiert, das ĂŒbrige Mobiliar ist etwas Ă€lter, aber nicht weiter schlimm, da man sich hier sowieso eher draußen aufhĂ€lt. Der Pool ist ein Traum! Der sehr schön angelegte Garten ist komplett umzĂ€unt, sodass man sich um seine Vierbeiner keine Sorgen machen muss. Sitz- und LiegeflĂ€chen in der Sonne und im Schatten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Grill steht den GĂ€sten zur VerfĂŒgung. Die Lage ist entgegen der Anzeige in Fewo nicht direkt in Le Pradet, sondern etwas außerhalb gelegen. Was aber eine schöne ruhige Gegend in Richtung Colle Noire ist. Zum Strand „La Garonne“ sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Ein BĂ€cker, mehrere Restaurants, eine Eisdiele und kleiner Shop sind dort auch in der NĂ€he. Mit dem Fahrzeug braucht man etwa 3-5 Minuten. EinkaufsmĂ€rkte, die hier auch sonntags offen haben, sind auch in Le Pradet selbst vorhanden. Die StrĂ€nde um Le Pradet sind zumeist KiesstrĂ€nde, an wenigen Stellen auch Sandstrand. Jedoch relativ klein, so dass es in der Hauptsaison auch eng werden kann. Wir haben aber meist den Pool benutzt, weil das einfach richtig schön ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr diskret, wenn aber etwas ist, stets erreichbar. Man fĂŒhlt sich sehr wohl und wir kommen gerne wieder! 5 Sterne definitiv wert!!!!

Ein Traum!

FĂŒr uns war es der schönste Familienurlaub bis jetzt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt!! Tolles Schwimmbad, sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem drum und dran was man braucht. Ein wunderschöner, sehr gepflegter Garten umzĂ€unt die Wohnung und man spĂŒrt in jedem Detail die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber Fabienne und Jaques! Wir kommen wieder!

Holiday with dog.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen. Die HauseigentĂŒmer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr diskret. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, in ca 15 Minuten ist man schon am Strand. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vielen Dank, Fabienne und Jaques!

Muffiger Geruch in der Unterkunft/ Pool unsauber

Unterkunft ziemlich mit alten Möbeln vollgestellt, die sehr moderig und muffig gerochen haben. Dadurch hat die Kleidung, die HandtĂŒcher etc. auch zuhause noch muffig gerochen. Der Pool war dreckig.

Wunderbare Lokation

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Als ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Absolut genial ist der Pool und der Außenbereich. Die beiden Vermieter sind total freundlich, zuvorkommend.

Dépaysement agréable

DĂ©paysement car le jardin est Ă  la fois mĂ©diterranĂ©en et exotique, cactus, aloĂšs, et des plantes du monde, une des passions du propriĂ©taire. Piscine entiĂšrement privĂ©e. Situation excellente car accĂšs Ă  de nombreuses plages Ă  proximitĂ© ou peu Ă©loignĂ©e. Cuisine trĂšs bien achalandĂ©e, il ne manque rien mĂȘme si on peut regretter un peu l'absence d'une hotte. PropriĂ©taires trĂšs gentils et totalement Ă  l'Ă©coute et prĂȘts Ă  faire tout leur possible pour rĂ©soudre le moindre problĂšme. Ceux-ci sont d'une totale discrĂ©tion malgrĂ© la proximitĂ©. Fantastische Woche, bei fantastischen Vermietern, in einem fantastischen Haus mit fantastischem Garten einem ebensolchen Pool und Außenanlagen. Die StrĂ€nde sind klasse, die Umgebung, Le Pradet selber und die Lage sind super. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Sehr schöner Urlaub - gerne wieder

Das HĂ€uschen ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Die Lage ist ruhig, innerhalb einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft, wenig touristisch. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Kinder hatten sehr viel Freude daran.Strand fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, StĂ€dtchen mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Vermieter immer erreichbar, aber nahezu "unsichtbar" waren und sehr unaufdringlich, sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Ein Haus im Sonnenschein

Das Haus ist sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da sich aber das meiste im Freien abspielt, kann das Objekt hier wirklich punkten. Der Garten mit mehrerenSitzmöglichkeiten, je nach Stand der Sonne und der sehr gepflegte Pool, (der auch eine gute GrĂ¶ĂŸe hat) sind absolut top. Wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt, nicht zuletzt, weil die Gastgeber Ă€ußerst dezent sind.
