Maison pas propre Ă  l’arrivĂ©e .

La maison est bien placĂ©e. Par contre Ă  l’arrivĂ©e elle n’était pas propre. Sol non lavĂ©, four sale. L’état gĂ©nĂ©ral Ă©tait nĂ©gligĂ©. En manque d’entretien intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur. Dommage car elle a un beau potentiel.

Peu entretenu

La maison est bien situĂ©e proche des transports en commun pour se rendre en ville d’Avignon, mais le quartier n’est pas trĂšs charmant. La maison n’est pas tout Ă  fait conforme Ă  la description de l’annonce. Beaucoup de finition laissent Ă  dĂ©sirer: cĂąbles apparents, peinture non terminĂ©e, papier peint qui se soulĂšve. Les photos ne sont pas vraiment reprĂ©sentatives de la maison ( surtout le jardin qui n’est pas trĂšs bien entretenu, ainsi que le grill et une Ă©tagĂšre remplie d’objets usagĂ©s, pas de coussins sur les canapĂ©s de jardin, des chaises cassĂ©s, 
) l’annonce n’indique pas clairement que les draps et serviettes de bains sont en supplĂ©ment (70 euros). La maison n’était pas trĂšs propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Nous avons pourtant payĂ© 100 euros de nettoyage. Nous avons mĂȘme trouvĂ© un vers dans les moules Ă  gĂąteaux, dans la cuisine. Personne n’est venu entretenir la piscine de la semaine ce qui fait qu’en fin de semaine celle-ci n’était plus trĂšs accueillante. Je ne retournerais pas dans cette maison.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able dans un coin trĂšs calme dans une maison suffisamment grande pour une famille avec une cuisine bien amĂ©nagĂ©e mais donc l'extĂ©rieur mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre mieux entretenu pour que les enfants puissent jouer dehors sans problĂšme.
