Gite in a house adjoining that of the owners. 1st floor (independent access via an outside staircase) comprising an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms (2 single bunk beds 90 x 190 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), a living room-kitchen (microwave oven combined grill ) lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people and Bluetooth speaker) with a wood stove, a bathroom with WC (semi-Italian shower),. 2 balconies, private land 500 m². Common cellar with private washing machine and dryer in the gite (access from outside the gite) In a typical Bauges house, located in a hamlet that has preserved its magnificent stone pond, the cottage has been remarkably restored in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Sheets are included and beds are made upon your arrival. The common cellar, equipped with an electrical outlet for electrically assisted bicycles, allows you to store bicycles and skis. Private parking is provided in front of the house.
