Chalet located in the Cévennes National Park (labeled "Esprit Parc") in the middle of a small family farm of 100% natural vines...Chalet (60M²) single-storey wooden frame (classified as furnished tourist accommodation). The layout is very functional...two separate bedrooms, full kitchen equipment, 80cm flat screen TV, WIFI Internet, network access for all mobiles.
Wood stove (cut on the estate) and electric radiators, very well heated space when necessary...
Large covered terrace of 20M² in front of the chalet.
Unheated swimming pool (open from April to October) (length 9.50M; width 4.20M; depth 1.50M), with a wooden floor all around 140M², a wooden safety barrier and an alarm in the water .
Large private outdoor space with garden features.
Numerous deckchairs around the swimming pool (no opening hours at the swimming pool)
The swimming pool is shared with another identical chalet.

Très bon accueil, Fabien est très sympathique, disponible . propreté du logement et de la vaisselle exemplaire.Piscine juste devant la maison (parasol, chaise bain de soleil ...), trempoline, table de ping pong, les enfants et les grands étaient ravis.Des balades à proximité, des grottes à visiter à 30 mn.Bref, tout était parfait.Je reviendrais sans hésiter et je conseillerais cet havre de paix à mes amis;Merci Fabien .Pascale, Elodie et les enfants.

Nous étions installés très confortablement : le chalet est parfaitement équipé, les lieux sont calmes, l’accueil de notre hôte était particulièrement chaleureux. Le cadre était propice à la détente ! De plus, il y a de nombreuses choses à faire dans les environs.

Un lieu parfait pour la découverte des Cévennes

Nous avons passé des superbes vacances dans le chalet proposé par Fabien. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir la région. Son cadre dans les vignes, entre montagnes et cours d'eau fait s'y sentir au calme et apaisé. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites. De plus la communication avec Fabien est très facile et nous avons apprécié sa générosité lors de l'apéro organisé avec les hôtes des deux autres chalets. Nous avons pu y discuter tout en dégustant la production issue de ses vignes. Merci encore !

Vacances ideales

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à ne pas faire grand chose car nous avions un bébé. Mais pour les amoureux de balades ou visites de vieilles pierres, le séjour aurait été aussi parfait. Très bel accueil du propriétaire, maison bien équipée, lits très confortables. Je recommande fortement cette location.

Hospitalité, convivialité et bienveillance

Fabien a contribué à ce que nous passions une très jolie semaine en famille. Le site est idéal tant pour les enfants que pour les parents qui souhaitent se reposer au coeur de paysages magnifiques. Le chalet que nous avons occupé était tres propre et tres fonctionnel avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La piscine à 2 pas du chalet est entretenue au quotidien et idéale pour s'amuser et bronzer. Fabien, amoureux de sa région, est un homme fier, discret et heureux de ce qu'il fait et le partage volontiers ce qui rend le sejour d'autant plus exceptionnel. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Vacances Le Martinet

15 jours de repos parmi les vignes et la nature. Le chant des oiseaux des papillons de toutes les couleurs. Le propriétaire est a l'écoute des vacanciers et nous a bien conseillé pour les balades et visites. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Très bel endroit

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille avec nos 2 enfants (3 et 5 ans) gîte très agréable malheureusement pas pu profiter de l’extérieur à cause du mauvais temps mais la piscine, le barbecue et le trampoline faisaient très envie ! Merci pour l’accueil très chaleureux nous avons eux beaucoup de recommandations de visites très utiles !

Des gîtes très bien situé, fonctionnelle,un belle endroit pour passer des vacances hôte toujours a l'écoute connaissant très bien sa région avec Fabien toujours une solution balade a vélo a pied visite , la piscine l'aire de jeu du terrain. Zeer aangenaam verblijf in rustige omgeving

De quoteringen van de andere liegen niet, dit is een no brainer. Kalm rustig gelegen met proper zwembad, geen hinder van ander huisje, 2 bakkers op stap afstand, winkel op 5 min. Huisje is ruim en voldoet aan alle basis vereisten. Enkel terras is in volle zon namiddag maar genoeg plaats om de tafel te verplaatsen en in schaduwrijk gebied te zetten. Fabian is zeer hulpzame en aangename host die zelfs een leuk avondje organiseerde met andere huisjes. Wij hadden gerust veel langer willen blijven.

wunderbar ruhig gelegen! Für die Kinder (10 + 13) war der Pool die Attraktion bei Temperaturen bis 40°C! Für die Erwachsenen ebenso!

Séjour très agréable dans un endroit super calme et entouré de verdure.Propriétaire sympathique, discret, mais toujours là si besoin, il nous a donné des indications et des visites à faire dans les environs. nous avons apprécié son apéritif de bienvenue fait maison, qui permet également de mieux se connaître avec les autres résidents.La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite ou de randonnée.
