Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
CatastrophiqueAnnulation la veille à 17h par téléphone.Interlocuteur au courant de rien (central d appel à l étranger?)Aucune démarche pour annuler la résa sur Abritel.Recherche en urgence d un autre logement.Aucun dédommagement. Seulement un remboursement (heureusement!).Toujours un doute sur le côté impraticable du logement, cela ressemble plus à du surbooking (le balcon du logement était ouvert durant le séjour, nous sommes passés devant).
