Appartement identique à l annonce, très fonctionnel et surtout très propre. Proche de la plage et des petits commerces. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.

Un très fort mécontentement par rapports aux points ci-dessous : - Nous avons eu l’appartement à 18h40. - Évier cuisine bouché - Douche bouchée - Ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas dans la cuisine - Chaise longue déchirée - Bip du portail qui fonctionnait 1 fois sur 5 - Tuyaux qui fuit par moment. Les problèmes ont été signalé. Une personne de l’agence nous a dit que le technicien allait venir et résultat personne... Un grand manque de sérieux

quelle surprise par rapport à l'annonce

la wifi ne fonctionnait pas malgré le paiement d'avance ; il a fallu appeler la hotmail pour dépannage. La remise des clés tardives vers 18 H alors que l'arrivée était prévue à 16 H. Le ménage mal fait et les placards n'étaient pas vidés (bocaux de patés, paquets de chips, boites ouvertes et laissées) des vêtements retrouvés dans les placards oubliés ou abandonnés. Les notices des appareils électro ménagers n'étaient pas à la disposition, le fonctionnement des locaux poubelles pas indiqués.
