About this home
Nice little house with garden. Quiet location in a pleasant neighborhood with sea view, 100 meters from the beach on the SOUTH side. We renovated this house 10 years ago. It's our family home. Neat and functional interior where you feel WELL !!!
Access to the beach and customs path 100m away. We are a 15-minute walk from the port city center. 5 minutes by car from Intermarché. Fishing on foot in the TRAICT (inland sea) cockles, clams, etc.

GROUND FLOOR - LIVING ROOM - fully-equipped kitchen, refrigerator and freezer - living room with leather sofa, two armchairs and rattan sofa, all in excellent condition and clean.
BEDROOM 1 - double bed (140cm) with comfortable bedding and two bedside tables - a large double dressing room available for your use
BATHROOM - two basins a large shower - storage space
separate WC
BACK KITCHEN direct access to the terrace, it is large with appliances - sink - shower hot / cold water - two tancarvilles and possibility to dry laundry outside
FLOOR Beautiful sea view - mezzanine with desk
BEDROOM 2 - two bunk beds, new bedding
BZ sofa for couple. Storage space
TV for DVDs DVDs available for children as well as books games - caplas etc.
BATHROOM with washbasin and WC concealed by storage space available
SOUTH GARDEN - with awning - sea view - table and chairs - 4 deckchairs New condition
Other remarks
If you have a pet, please protect the sofas or beds if your dog or cat has this habit. I have left fabrics in the shelves under the stairs thank you
