A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bright and spacious lounge with two large comfortable sofas, side tables,two chairs and a large TV great for catching up with important sporting events. There are large windows with views down to the street below which is often bustling with tourists during the summer months. The separate kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything you need for a fantastic self caterring holiday. There is a large dining table with seating to accommodate ten people. The kitchen offers lovely views over the rooftops of Bourg d'Oisans towards Alpe d'Huez. The kitchen is a great spot to get together and peruse the maps and local information provided helping you plan your cycling or hiking routes each day. There is a wc on this floor as well.
Stairs lead to the second floor which has beautiful french decor with wooden flooring throughout and grandfather clock, there are two spacious and nicely decorated double bedrooms, the larger street side bedroom has an en suite shower room. Both bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and have either mountain or village views. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower attachment. All beds and mattresses are new as of December 2019 and are good quality,
Spiral wooden stairs lead to the fourth floor and a spacious attic bedroom with a double bed, single bed and sofa bed, all new as of 2019, en suite shower and separate WC.
The basement cave is accessed from the ground floor and has bike tools and track pump as well as ski rack and plenty of space to store winter sports equipment.
The lane at the back of the house is quiet and offers plenty of space for washing bikes.
