Appartement très vétuste sale sentant le renfermé meuble disparates devrait être rénové sérieusement salle de bain robinet d'eau qui fuyait receveur de douche abîmée toilette sale en résumé pour le prix payé en dessus a déconseillé pour l avenir s il n'y a pas de rénovation

Bon emplacement mais decu de l'appartement

L'appartement est bien situé mais pour 2 personnes et non pour 4. 1 seul placard et un lit superposé avec des lattes qui ne tiennent pas. Évacuation bouchées. Vaisselle sale. Nourriture sur la terrasse . Vis a vis de tout les côtés et terasse tres passante. Dommage que des amélioration ne sont pas faite sur cet appartement contrairement au appartement voisin. Bonne relation avec l'agence.
