Gîte "Grëgory" ** self-catering accommodation
Agréable gîte indépendant, face à la montagne, adossé à notre maison. Idéalement situé dans le mont Cantal.
Vous êtes proche de Murat, village médiéval, idéal pour faire vos courses, proche de la station du Lioran pour la randonnée ou le ski, proche d'une multitude de lieux à visiter ou de randonnées.
L'appartement a une superficie de 45m².
La chambre est équipée d'un lit 140x190, d'un dressing et d'un bureau.
La pièce de vie est équipée d'une cuisine avec cuisinière électrique et réfrigérateur, d'un espace repas et d'un espace salon dans lequel se trouve un BZ convertible 140x190 ainsi qu'un canapé 2 places.
Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le séjour.
Sur demande à l'avance, vous pouvez réserver une table d'hôte dans notre maison "Au Coeur Du Volcantal".
Les quelques règles pour un bon séjour :
Il est interdit de fumer dans les logements et/ou dans les espaces communs.
Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorisés.
Les produits de consommation (essuie-tout, sac-poubelle, filtre à café...) et alimentaires (café, huile, vinaigre, sel poivre...) ne sont pas fournis.
Draps et linge de toilette ne sont pas fournis. Ils sont disponibles à la location.
Le papier toilette est fourni.
– Pour faire vos courses, vous pouvez passer votre commande auprès du Drive d'Intermarché à Murat.
– Un dépôt de garantie de 400€ vous est demandé avec votre contrat de location avant votre arrivée. (Voir contrat)
– Ménage : à la charge du locataire (Sinon 100€ retenus sur la caution)
