Staff were all wonderful! The room was one of the smallest we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was barely roomy enough for one person and the shower water pressure was almost nonexistent, while the sink had all the pressure. Location is great! Food choices at the hotel were limited, but don’t sleep on the Taphouse across the street-their breakfast is bangin’ and the servers were all so friendly.

Room smelled slightly musty the ac may need cleaning of mold. Not enough to make me leave. Bed was a little worn again not enough to complain. Otherwise the food was great at the restaurants. We had a relaxing time. The beach is gorgeous. We love staying here as it is right on the beach. The linens were very comfortable. The room was clean. Staff was perfect.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, the parking was convenient, I had a few issues that were very annoying and someone stayed on top of it, and they were grateful enough to give us some credit without us requesting anything, good gesture. My issues: *2 out of 3 elevations went out of service. *Toilet when you slushed the water wouldn’t stop running so I had to figured out the sweet spot to close it, they sent someone right away to fix it but it kept happening. *I was going to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs, they said they couldn’t because do the wind, but just next door there was a small business who had at least a dozen umbrellas out, so we had to go to them and rent from them. I tried to be neutral, this was a first time staying here so maybe I expected more. Again, their team is amazing the entrance is very appealing.

Beach view was fabulous. Only complaint I have I really couldn’t enjoy being out on the balcony 2 rooms down from me room 422, the guest was always out on the balcony smoking cigarettes I really didn’t appreciate that.
