Open space in the heart of nature 45 minutes from Lyon and 35 minutes from Saint-Etienne. Between river, pond and forest, you can work in peace, daydream, walk in a fresh and refreshing green countryside (many marked paths for hiking or mountain biking).
Fully equipped kitchen (electric and gas oven, dishwasher, fridge, extractor, kettle, toaster ...), painting equipment (acrylic, inks, pastels ...), bikes, canoes, trampoline, garden furniture and chicken coop eggs are available.

Tranquility

Had a lovely stay at the mill. The space is large, bright and airy. The surrounding area is picturesque and the mill is an interesting old building with lots of arts, craft and nature to enjoy. Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, shower was great. Highly recommend a stay to disconnect from the fast pace of life and enjoy the slow life.

Wonderful artist's studio

Amazing place to stay- beautiful surroundings with views out of the huge window across rolling fields. The converted artist studio is modern, comfortable and unique place to be in.

Annonce non conforme à la réalité

ArrivĂ©s sur site, nous avons dĂ©couvert que les photos ne reflĂ©taient absolument pas la rĂ©alitĂ©, l’accĂšs Ă  l’appartement trĂšs compliquĂ© voire dangereux, handicapĂ©s ou blessĂ©s s’abstenir car rien Ă  ce sujet n’est stipulĂ© dans l’annonce, Ă  l’intĂ©rieur le mĂ©nage n’était pas fait, aucun accĂšs direct au terrain car contrairement Ă  ce que laissent penser les photos il y’a Ă  une rambarde Ă  l’une des portes fenĂȘtres et l’autre est condamnĂ©e. Quant Ă  l’extĂ©rieur c’est l’abandon total, trampoline envahit par les ronces et la moisissure et le terrain impraticable avec des trous partout, le chemin vers l’étang impraticable aussi, pont instable etc. Nous avons eu froid pendant tout notre sĂ©jour car la propriĂ©taire, une personne trĂšs agressive et de mauvaise foi, a refusĂ© de nous mettre le chauffage. Nous avons dĂ» Ă©courter notre sĂ©jour pour toutes ces raisons. Nous avons dĂ» faire appel Ă  ABRITEL pour trouver une solution car la propriĂ©taire ne rĂ©pondait pas Ă  nos messages. Elle ne voulait rien admettre ni entendre et aprĂšs une longue et Ăąpre discussion elle nous a fait croire qu’elle nous remboursait les nuitĂ©es non effectuĂ©es alors qu’en fait elle nous avait prĂ©sentĂ© une fausse facture. Heureusement nous avons contactĂ© dĂšs le lendemain ABRITEL qui nous a dit qu’aucun remboursement n’avait Ă©tĂ© demandĂ©. Ils ont tout de suite compris que la propriĂ©taire Ă©tait de mauvaise foi (messages et photos Ă  l’appui) et nous a remboursĂ© immĂ©diatement et sans condition les nuitĂ©es non effectuĂ©es.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Atelier 22. Die Unterkunft ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Umgebung ist perfekt zum Wandern. Wenn man aus der Großstadt kommt, ist die Ruhe hier himmlisch. Wir waren zu dritt. Das ging gut. FĂŒr zwei Menschen ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Alle Absprachen und Arrangements haben gut geklappt. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  l'Atelier 22. Le logement est amĂ©nagĂ© avec goĂ»t et les environs sont parfaits pour faire des randonnĂ©es. Quand on vient de la grande ville, le calme est divin. Nous Ă©tions trois. Cela s'est bien passĂ©. Pour deux personnes, le logement est parfait. Tous les accords et arrangements ont bien fonctionnĂ©. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Logement spacieux et agréable dans un écrin de verdure. Les balades sont multiples et les gens accueillant. Nous recommandons pour un séjour tranquille à la campagne avec ou sans animaux de compagnie. Notre chien Sherlock était trÚs heureux !!! P
