I booked for 2 family condo units and was given 1 family and 2 small old rooms separate building from the family unit. No bath towels and bed sheets for n the 2 smaller rooms, fridge not working in the family unit, no bidet nor tabo and balde, no bathroom and kitchen rugs, etc. very inconvenient.

They couldnโ€™t find the booking to start, then gave the wrong room that had a leaking air conditioner that had water puddles all over the bedroom floor and my 71 year old mother slipped and fell. Then come to find out the balcony door had no lock when I have a ASD child with me. Never again!!!

My sister came to this property and asked the front desk for the key of the room and they answered that they donโ€™t have the key. They wait 4hours and no one help my sister.

Great location, but cleanliness needs improving

Checking in was easy at the buildingโ€™s concierge. The unit is a two bedroom apartment, but during our four night stay, we had to kill 3 cockroaches. Overall the place is not the cleanest. When we turned on the aircon in the master bedroom, it begins dripping water after about 10 mins. Although we informed them, we told them to only fix it after we checked out because we did not want any one coming into the apartment while we are gone. While it was not resolved, some one did enter our apartment to remove two spare mattresses. My rating is higher than what I would normally give, because I comparing it with other friends living in other units within the same condo unit. They paid more but stayed in a one bedroom apartment vs our two bedroom. Theirs include daily cleaning, ours did not. If we wanted daily cleaning, it was an at an additional minimal fee. The great thing about the apartment is the location, where there is a Starbucks, McDonalds, a Japanese restaurant and a supermarket below and a food court โ€œAlfrescoโ€ just opposite.

It was horrible, the listing advertise a safe, which the room did not have. Took 1 hour to check in because it's a condo and not a hotel, had to wait for a person to deliver key. The bathroom leaks water and the whole floor was soked. The shower curtain was all molded.
