In the heart of nature, you will enjoy an exceptional setting in this small, entirely revisited water mill which has kept its charm of stone while combining the modernity of the wooden frame and large openings.

Ideally placed for exploring the region, the proximity of the reindeer / St Brieuc / Guingamp axis (5 minutes) gives you access to the most beautiful sites in the Cotes d'Armor while being close to the small town of Lamballe.
But above all you can enjoy the hanging terraces over more than 100mÂČ, with outdoor lounge, high tables and lounge chairs.

Inside, a beautiful living room with billiards, pinball machine, table football, and the 3-meter basic cinema screen accompanied by a dolby atmos set will allow you to end your days in a friendly atmosphere and the barbecue can last forever 'at the end of the night, the first neighbors being almost 500 meters away!

You will have four bedrooms, 3 with 160 cm bed, one with 2 80 cm beds that can be put side by side, (Epeda and simons bedding)

The central island kitchen with a view of one of the terraces almost becomes an outdoor kitchen thanks to the bay windows.

You can walk in the poplar plantation which surrounds the mill and follow the small river in search of freshness or a corner to take a nap.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans la maison de StĂ©phane et Lisette. Une fois que nous avons apprivoisĂ© toute l’électronique de la maison, c’est un rĂ©gal. Qui a dans son salon un flipper, un baby-foot, un billard et une tĂ©lĂ© grande comme une piscine ?Et le cadre, au milieu de la peupleraie et loin de toute habitation est grandiose. Merci pour ces 2 semaines.

15 jours au milieu des champs en famille en totale dĂ©connexion mais dans une bulle cosy tout confort. Avec juste le « bruit » du vent et des oiseaux et les cris enthousiastes des joueurs de baby-foot

un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans la maison de Stéphane et Lisette. La maison est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce bien que le jardin soit encore plus spectaculaire qu'attendu. Les propriétaires ont été trÚs prévenants et la maison dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour.

Superbe semaine dans cette magnifique villa! Tres propre avec tout le necessaire deja disponibile. L'hĂ©bergement a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© avec beaucoup de soin et de goĂ»t et je ne parle pas de l'extĂ©rieur qui est incroyable avec sa forĂȘt Ă  perte de vue et son bassin. Traumhaft!

Dies war wohl unser bisher schönstes Ferienhaus! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und es wurde uns alles erklĂ€rt. Es fehlte an nichts. FĂŒr den alltĂ€glichen Bedarf findet man alles was man braucht, Geschirr, GlĂ€ser, Tassen, Kochutensilien, es ist einfach alles da und auch von guter QualitĂ€t. Die Ausstattung ist klasse, wir hatten alle viel Spaß mit dem Kicker, Billard und Flipper. Tolle Fische, der Garten fantastisch, der Whirlpool super. Die Umgebung ist auch wunderschön, wir waren viel wandern und haben tolle Landschaft entdeckt. In 25 bis 40 Minuten ist man an den unterschiedlichsten und fantastischen StrĂ€nden, nach Mont St Michel ist es eine Stunde. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns bestens erholt! Vielen Dank fĂŒr den tollen Aufenthalt!

Ruhe und Entspannung

Den Aufenthalt in der ehemaligen MĂŒhle mit dem weitlĂ€ufigen GrundstĂŒck und dem Whirlpool in ruhiger Umgebung haben wir sehr genossen. Sowohl AusflĂŒge in die nĂ€here Umgebung ans Meer oder KĂŒstenwanderungen waren eindeutig die Highlights. Aber auch an trĂŒberen Tagen ließ die Ausstattung im Haus keine Langeweile aufkommen. Lisette und Stephane waren sehr zuvorkommende und unkomplizierte Gastgeber.

Lieux idyllique au calme , en forĂȘt . Équipements haute gamme ( lumiĂšres d ambiance, Ă©cran cinĂ©, billard, flipper, baby foot, jacuzzi....) nous avons passĂ© un super sĂ©jour en famille. Emplacement proche de belles balades sur la cĂŽte. Une boulangerie a 2 km Ă  pied du gĂźte. Les propriĂ©taires sont dispo et accueillants, ils ont rĂ©alisĂ©s un petit coin de paradis. Sans oubliĂ© le bassin, qui a bcp plu Ă  nos filles. Merci Ă  vous deux merci pour votre sympathie. Gwend , Stef et les filles.

Perfekte völlig abgelegene Luxus-Location!

Das war ohne Zweifel eines der besten FerienhĂ€user, in denen wir jemals Urlaub gemacht haben! Komplett abgelegen, mit einem gigantischen GrundstĂŒck (nicht eingezĂ€unt! Also Obacht, wenn man mit zu freiheitsliebendem Hund unterwegs ist), großartiger technischer Ausstattung (klasse Soundanlage, Riesenfernseher, Apple TV als zentrale Steuereinheit, ĂŒber die wir mĂŒhelos unsere eigenen Inhalte abspielen konnten, wenn wir wollten, Billard, Kicker, Kaffeevollautomat und und und; einziges kleines technisches Manko: das Internet war manchmal sehr langsam, aber es hat immer ausgereicht, also wirklich Luxusprobleme :D). Der Fischteich mit echt tollen Fischen, deren tĂ€gliche FĂŒtterung Aufgabe der Kinder war, ein weiteres Urlaubshighlight! Auch der Whirlpool wurde gerne und hĂ€ufig genutzt. Die ganze Ausstattung ist High End - ich habe es nicht genau gefragt, aber ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass die Besitzer selbst viel Zeit hier verbringen, und da merkt man einfach, dass es nicht billigstmöglich "nur" fĂŒr GĂ€ste gemacht wurde, sondern wirklich so, wie man es "fĂŒr sich selbst" machen wĂŒrde, mit unzĂ€hligen tollen Details (hochwertige GlĂ€ser, USB-Ladestellen an vielen Steckdosen, elektrische Rollos...). Also, wer sich wirklich mal richtig selbst verwöhnen will, der ist hier genau richtig!

Nous avons passĂ© un magnifique sĂ©jour en famille, le cadre est idĂ©al pour se reposer, au calme dans la nature, et dans une maison exceptionnelle, tant par son espace, ses fonctionnalitĂ©s, son confort, sa luminositĂ© et j’en passe
 Accueil impeccable des hĂŽtes. Le coin est magnifique, Ă  20 min des plages. Nous avons dĂ©couvert un petit bout de Bretagne et nous y retournerons certainement!

Großartig!

Phantastisches Haus! Die Kids waren begeistert von der ganzen Technik, dem Whirlpool, Kicker, Billard und Flipper, sowie ihrem Fische-fĂŒttern-Job; wir Erwachsenen von der großartigen Kaffeemaschine (incl. Bohnen, den Terassen, der Ruhe, dem Schöner-Wohnen-Ambiente, dem gerĂ€umigen KĂŒhlschrank incl. EiswĂŒrfelmaschine und Kaltwasserspender, dem riesen Garten und den fertig bezogenen Betten; unser Hund von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe seines Urlaubsreviers, zwar nicht eingezĂ€unt und durchaus mit Wildbesuch, aber einfach unglaublich viel Freiraum (und keine Gefahren in der NĂ€he). Man muss ein bisschen fahren um an den Strand zu gelangen und darf die Ebbe in der Bucht von St. Brieux nicht unterschĂ€tzen und leider auch die GrĂŒnalgen nicht, aber oberhalb der Bucht warten wunderschöne StrĂ€nde und der wundervolle Sentier de douniers als Wanderpfad. In der Hochsaison muss man sich gut erkundigen, wo der Hund wann ans Wasser darf. Das ist etwas kompliziert. Total unkompliziert hingegen sind die beiden Vermieter Stephan und Lisanne. Vielen Dank fĂŒr eine wunderschöne Woche!

Tolles Haus in absoluter Alleinlage

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in absoluter Abgeschiedenheit und ist sauber sowie top modern ausgestattet. SupermĂ€rkte finden sich im nahegelegenen Lamballe, das Meer ist etwas weiter entfernt. Eine klare Empfehlung fĂŒr diejenigen, die ihren Urlaub abseits vom Trubel verbringen wollen. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern! Wir durften 3 Hunde mitbringen.
