Le bonheur

Aussi bien le logement que la rĂ©gion sont nickels! La communication avec le loueur Gregoire a Ă©tĂ© dĂšs le dĂ©but nickel et il rĂ©pond rapidement Ă  toutes les questions! L’accueil Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Ă©tait dans la mĂȘme lignĂ©e! La maison est comme sur l’annonce et nous prĂ©voyons dĂ©jĂ  d’y retourner! Proche de magnifiques balades et de la gr! Nous y retournerons trĂšs vite! Ha oui, notre Chienne Ă©tait aussi heureuse dans cette location!

schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wer Probleme mit Spinnen hat, ist hier allerdings aufgeschmissen. Die Lage zum Meer ist toll, allerdings sollte man hier beachten, dass Ebbe und Flut sehr stark sind und die meiste Zeit das Meer nicht vorhanden ist. FĂŒr lange StrandspaziergĂ€nge ist es super. Tolle StrĂ€nde ohne starke Ebbe und Flut sind mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Fast mit direktem Meerzugang

Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und ideal fĂŒr Wanderungen. Die Gegend ist abwechslungsreich und man hat auf dem AußengelĂ€nde sehr viel Platz.

Familienurlaub

Trotz der Jahreszeit war unser Aufenthalt zum zweiten Mal wunderbar sonnig und warm. Kleine Probleme hat unsere Gastgeberinnen schnell gelöst. FĂŒr unseren Sohn und Hund ist die NĂ€he zum Strand ein Genuss gewesen. Obwohl mein Französisch schlecht ist, sind alle sehr freundlichen gewesen und haben sogar vereinzelt auf Englisch weitergeholfen.

Schönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung, fantastische Umgebung

Wir hatten in diesem kleinen HĂ€uschen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hielt ein paar kleine Überraschungen bereit. So hat es uns in dem Haus an nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight ist natĂŒrlich der teils ĂŒberdachte Außenbereich mit einem schönen eingelassenen Whirpool. Zu unserer Freude war der Pool bereits bei der Anreise beheizt. Das Einzige was leider nicht so schön war, dass das GrundstĂŒck nicht vollstĂ€ndig umzĂ€unt ist und die Hecken teilweise sehr löchrig sind, dass Hunde problemlos auf die beiden NachbargrundstĂŒcke ausbĂŒchsen können. So konnten wir unseren Hund leider nicht frei laufen lassen. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist aber blickgeschĂŒtzt. Die Umgebung lĂ€dt zum Wandern und Ausblick erstaunen ein. Der Strand liegt 50 Meter entfernt, einfach ein kleines StĂŒck die Straße runter. Dort kann man die Auswirkungen der Gezeiten bestaunen. Auch die vielen interessanten Nachbarorte sind einen Besuch wert. Alles in Allem hatten wir einen fabelhaften Aufenthalt und wĂŒrden auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder kommen. Nochmals lieben Dank fĂŒr die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Ns avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour au calme et Ă  deux pas de la plage et de balades GR 34. La location est idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour visiter la rĂ©gion et profiter d’activitĂ©s comme l’accrobranche. La maison est cosy avec sa cheminĂ©e et la terrasse bien abritĂ©e permet de profiter de l’extĂ©rieur. La location est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous conseillons vivement d’y sĂ©journer. Beau séjour reposant

Logement parfait, le jacuzzi est vraiment un plus ,grand et au soleil. Belle grande plage toute proche pour se promener mais pas pour nager, la mer est trÚs loin le plus souvent (1 km) et pas de profondeur. Mais on est seulement à 1/4 h des belles plages de pleneuf val André. Bien situé pour rayonner dans la région.

Famille de 4 personnes, et un chien đŸ¶.C est une trĂšs belle location, le jacuzzi est un plus ! Environnement trĂšs calme, parfait pour se ressourcer, mer trĂšs proche.il faut la voiture pour les courses ou autres sorties.Dans la maison,tout y est fonctionnel ! Superbe location

Nous Ă©tions 3 adultes et un enfant de 7,5 ans. Notre objectif Ă©tait de passer une semaine en Bretagne avec la mer Ă  deux pas pour les balades et la plage. Nos objectifs ont Ă©tĂ© pleinement remplis, la plage est Ă  200m mĂȘme si la baignade est difficile en marĂ©e basse. Le GR 34 dĂ©marre quasiment au pied de la location. Le gĂźte en lui mĂȘme est trĂšs mignon, super bien agencĂ©, la terrasse couverte est vraiment un plus ainsi que le jacuzzi. Il faut avoir en tĂȘte que c’est un coin sauvage trĂšs peu touristique donc trĂšs tranquille. La voiture est obligatoire pour aller en course ou chercher son pain. Un vrai bol d’air loin de la foule ! Stephanie, la propriĂ©taire est disponible et trĂšs aimable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Schönes Haus mit Jacuzzi

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage. Sehr schönes aber auch sehr steiles (bis 18%) GelĂ€nde im Umfeld - da muss man fit sein. GrĂŒnalgen sind lokal ein Problem - der Strand war Anfang Juli zum Baden gesperrt. Sorry, aber das muss erwĂ€hnt werden. Trotzdem waren wir sehr zufriedene GĂ€ste.

Maison proche bord de mer

La maison est situé à 200 mÚtres de la mer, lieu trÚs calme. A dix minutes du restaurant/vivier Le Panier Iodé. Aux promenades en pleine campagne. L'hÎte est trÚs accueillant, disponible. Une des meilleures locations que nous ayons fait car tout est en rapport à ce qui a été dit. La cerise sur le gùteau, on passe du jacuzzi chauffée à 38° à une maison cosy chauffée au feu de bois.

Bonne location, besoin de la voiture pour accÚder au commerces mais a tout a proximité 5-10 min. Pas de wifi, mais acces en 4G. Bien équipée et fonctionnel, le jaccuzi est un vrai plus, il n'y a aucun vis a vis depuis la terrasse ou dans le jacuzzi

Maisonnette au calme idéale pour randonneurs

Location agréable, la mer est réellement proche mais pas accessible pour personne à mobilité réduite. Pentes sévÚres. AccÚs chemin en pierre. Chambre correcte, cuisine trÚs bien équipée, salle de bains un peu défraßchie. Une notice générale d utilisation du jacuzzi et des équipements serait un plus. Dans l ensemble séjour assez satisfaisant et trÚs bon accueil.
