Property, room and staff great. Air conditioning not quite powerful enough. Location was just right for a tiny town. Sign on top floor needs replacing. Gives a poor image. Overall excellent for the price.

Hotel was hard to find, no lights on signage or in lobby building. At checkin the card machine was broken.
