"Unfortunately the property was not ready for us as far as the clothes washer was sitting outside and wasn't repaired until the 5th day of our vacation. Also, the hot water was not working and that took a full day to get anyone over. He was good and a professional. The local people were friendly and helpful!! Your corporate group is not very responsive. You need to change the way you respond to your renters needs. We loved the location but the owner is not maintaining the home for the amount we paid. The view was much more valuable than the property."
