The rooms are newly renovated. I've tried several budget hotels in the Tahoe area and this one is the best. There is a public beach within walking distance which is nice. The staff had always been friendly.

The room was suitable for a busy weekend in Tahoe. It is an older unit and the A/C was very loud which made for rough sleeping. Overall the room was clean and the staff were friendly.

Our room was ready to check in promptly at 3:00 p.m. The room was clean and the King Size bed was comfortable. The motel is quite old with no green area or swimming pool on the noisy busy main road to Stateline, NV. The Continental breakfast included with our room was okay. Seating is a little tight. We were located downstairs and we heard a lot of noise coming from the room above ours. We also heard lots of children yelling outside our window.

Worst hotel ever. I will say we made the reservation the day of arrival so it may have been a little our fault. We asked for a handicap room because my SO is in a wheelchair. They did not give us an accessible room. The front desk was of Asian descent hard to understand. She gave us a room that was in between stairs. Went back to the front and asked for a different room because we can’t do stairs at all. She gave us a different room on the other side of the building. I asked “no stairs right” she didn’t answer. Got to the second room. No handicap parking. And there was still two stairs to the front door on top of a door threshold that was at least 10 inches off the ground. Luckily I was able to pull the wheelchair up the stairs and into the room but it was extremely not accessible. There was two other rooms that were before our stairs but they also had a 10 inch threshold and I think were occupied. Second problem: dirty!! Tons of hair in the bed. Not just one strand it was at least 15 scattered throughout the bed. Too tired after a long day to try another hotel.

We stayed here tonight, July 3 and July 5. We had an amazing time. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows as well. First night. We stayed in at King size bedroom and the second night. We stayed at different room with two queen beds. Both rooms were super comfortable. Highly recommend you guys to stay here.

First time coming to Tahoe and first time staying at this hotel. I will definitely come back and stay here. It was super convenient and very close to all of our destination, hikes and point of interest. I will add that next-door. They have a burger place by the name of “Burger Me” totally recommend we stayed here July 3 and July 4 and we left the morning of July 5. And I will say that we ate here two days in a row totally recommend you staying at this hotel. It was super comfortable the beds, as well as their pillows the first night we stayed in a king size bed. The only problem was that the shower was really small for my 6’5 husband. So the following day, which was July 4, we checked into their other room, which was two queen size bed, which were also super comfy as well as the pillow pillows. And we had a bigger shower. So all in all we enjoyed our trip and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Service and overall cleanliness of the room were good. However it was the room neighbors/area we were in that was off. Multiple people smoking in the nonsmoking area, not enough parking, neighbors I could hear upstairs, next door, going up the stairs. Kept me up multiple times. Not enough towels. It was definitely a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. There was also only one desk lamp and the main light. The desk lamp wasn’t bright enough for mood lighting, and the main light was too bright for settling down time. Location was good walking distance to heavenly village. Be aware that this location is right next to the Main Street and so it’s kind of dangerous but you can walk to an area where there’s better walkable pavement.
