Our room had to be changed twice before we were finally put into a room that was clean. Our first room was obviously not cleaned properly. The second room they put us in was still in the process of being cleaned so we should have never even been sent to that room to begin with. We had to move our stuff twice and the check in process took almost an hour. It was ridiculous. We almost left. If I hadn't felt so poorly when we got there, we would have. Very disappointed with the situation here as their company states that EVERY room is being cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay.

Hotel claimed to be brand new, but clearly had some issues. Overall our stay was great! Pool was open and 3’ deep across and a giant hot tub! The entire family enjoyed! Laundry facilities worked great! Breakfast had many options (not hot) given the Covid situation.
