This was surprisingly amazing old Hawaiian, beautiful grounds, super generous, and hospital customer service beautiful beaches heard songs of the whale swimming in the waves

My stay was really enjoyable. The ocean front room was spacious and beautiful. My meals were pretty delicious and I enjoyed the Branches concerts. I wish the parking was included in the stay.

Great location

General, it is a good stay. The location is excellent. There are some small problems: no hand soap on arrival, we have to ask for it. We were told the room cleaning will be every other day. The cleaning service however was not done, we have to call front desk for trash removal and new shower tower.

The resort is beautiful but there are additional cost for everything, parking and daily resort fees. The parking is understandable but I think the resort fees should be included in the price of the stay and not additional afterwards

We enjoyed our week in the ocean view tower room. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the easy access to the beach where we could snorkel and whale watch. In the evenings we really liked the live music at the branches. I would definitely stay again. Safe, friendly and affordable with lots of amenities.

Loved everything about it, everyone at the front desk was very nice except one young guy that was fairly rude. Didnt catch his name tho but short curly hair. Also i wasn't aware of the $350 resort fee so when checking out i was not expecting that. Everything else was amazing!

I absolutely love this place. It has been our second home for quite some years. This time we had the worst neighbor anyone could ask for. I guess they’ve had this gentleman at the hotel for months and has been pestering everyone. Normally I don’t write a review but they need to refuse service to people disrupting other guests. After I moved rooms next to this gentleman I wanted nothing more than to not be there.
