Staff was above and beyond kind. Hotel is a little dated and had cosmetic issues but location and service were top notch.

The resort was nice with a few complaints. The food quality is not worth the prices they charge. Our bathroom sink had a sewage smell to it. Their fire pit did not turn on and the hot tub was "sealed off". Also, there is no night life around the resort, it has a wonderful and chill vibe to it but there is very little to do around the resort.

Excellent accommodations, quiet, safe and pleasant staff. Limited dining options but excellent service and food for what was available. Used Valet parking and well worth the money.

The staff was unfriendly. The hotel has too many restrictions. The food in the restaurant was tasteless and the cups were dirty. The rooms weren't fully cleaned upon arrival. Despite all this, the ocean access and the area are beautiful.

Ocean view room was amazing. Needed more dining options as well as bars. Bungalows were quite noisy.

This issue occurred on the very first day of my stay at the property. The sink was clogged, and the water wasn’t draining. I called the front desk several times requesting that someone be sent to fix it. Later, while taking a shower, I discovered the same problem the water wasn’t going down. I had to step out of the shower with shampoo in my hair and call the front desk multiple times again to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, instead of offering an apology for the inconvenience, the staff responded with attitude.

Great staff with the most comforting customer service, delicious food and drinks, spacious room with a beautiful view and resides at one of the nicest beaches on Maui. Will definitely be staying here again.

Breakfast buffet of low quality. Not enough staff. Staff don't seem motivated as they were slow and not very friendly. Parking, food, drinks all very expensive...as is Uber to and from the airport.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area. It’s walkable to some shops & restaurants. The restaurant’s menu is very limited not a lot of options. The bar by the pool closes kind of early. What we didn’t like was that the room was dusty (doors, furniture, and baseboards). The ice machine by the elevators was surrounded by dust n spider web. The only good service we got was from the young Hawaiian bartender at the cart (where they play music at night). He made conversation w/ us and gave us recommendations. Overall we would go back because the area of the hotel is super nice and peaceful.

LOVE THIS HOTEL!

We have been staying here since 1991, & we haven't been back in a while! We were so IMPRESSED! We loved Mate at the bar, Cindy at the front desk and Ivan the Manager. Great service, wil be back for sure!

Great hotel, expensive parking

The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay. However, $40 self parking daily fee is insane. It is the only reason why we would choose another hotel next time.
