Great stay in Maui

Never been to Maui before, we were unsure where to stay. We loved it here. It made our experience on the island amazing. We will be coming back to stay here!

We loved this place! Definitely coming back. Wonderful location with a sprawling view of the sea from upstairs and downstairs and right up against a golf course in the back, so gorgeous that direction, too. Management was prompt and professional. Finding the place is a bit tricky at first, but management was responsive to our outreach for support. It’s a somewhat big condo complex and once you understand it, it’s easy.

Amazing view!

We loved the layout of the Villa, the location was perfect was for walking the Coastal Trail, and we so enjoyed sitting outside watching the whales! The area is beautiful and quiet, yet nearby to great restaurants such as Miso Phat Sushi, Joey’s Kitchen and Fond.

Nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful property. Great views from every where in the condo. Great location. Beautiful furnishing throughout. Everything seemed updated. Very spacious for me and my husband. Can't wait to book again. Property management super nice too.

Wonderful home away from home

This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities you could ask for. It’s well maintained and right on the golf course, within walking distance of a fantastic snorkeling beach with sea turtles, great restaurants and hiking trails. We would definitely return to the Ridge. This is our second year staying here, and we were very happy.

Beautiful condo!

The management group was communicative but we had no issues or questions so our communication was minimal. Condo has very nice furnishings and deco. The view of the ocean is amazing, especially from the 2nd floor windows!

1st Time in Maui - Spectacular Townhome

My daughter and I celebrated her graduation from high school and pending military service in the marines at this amazing townhome in Maui. The home was as perfect as described, with all of the amenities. We enjoyed the pineapple that was awaiting us and the island coffee. The space was perfect for the both of us. The sofa bed was super comfortable. Drinking coffee on the lanai was a pleasure every morning and we cooked many meals together. The residence is just a short walk from the best beaches. The villa property is meticulously cared for, safe and very quiet and peaceful. Thank You for a fabulous place to celebrate!!

Great location

Great location Unit needs a few minor repaires-shower head, burnt out lights. We had an issue with a smoke detector alarm beeping on a Saturday evening and we were unable to get in touch with the property manager. We finally reached someone Sunday and they fixed the problem immediately.

If I were you, I'd keep looking

At first blush, all looked good. But the details, well, they left practically everything to be desired. Fundamentally, it's clear they just don't care. There's a tub, sure, but only enough hot water for a quarter fill, and the property manager says "the water heater is working fine." Bad knives that won't cut hot butter and no way to sharpen them, with poor and meager cooking utensils. The cheapest toilet paper and paper towels known to man. Annoying pumps that cycle on and off all night long. If you plan to use it only as a crash pad and a place to enjoy cocktails overlooking the ocean, and you're a super deep sleeper, it's fine. But as a temporary "home," and for the price, it was quite disappointing.

Location and view are outstanding. The unit is in good condition and clean, plenty of space for two (easily fit family of four). Recommended.

Place was great. We’ve always stayed on Bay side. Now it will always be Ridge. Oh. And my wife had no complaints. That says it all 😂😂😂

Not a huge deal but would be a cherry on top.

The only complaint we have is the air conditioner in the primary bedroom was really loud.

Nice clean unit in a convenient area. The top and bottom floor layout provides nice privacy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was glorious! It's even better than the pictures. The management was super helpful. The only reason we gave this 4 stars for general condition was that when we arrived, there was a dirty diaper left in the kitchen trash. All the remotes needed batteries (and there are several), and the upstairs shower door was very low and scraped when closing. We only called about the diaper, because we didn't want to be a nudge over the holidays. The furnishings were very upscale, and the refrigerator was fabulous. Overall, if we come to Kapalua again, we'd love to stay there again (and assume all the "little things" will have been attended to).

We loved the villa and wouldn't hesitate to rent again.We didn't take advantage of the concierge services as much as we should have but it was very helpful to have groceries delivered in advance of our stay. All of our meals in local restaurants were delicious...especially Merriman's. Just book well in advance.

Anniversary Trip Villa

This was a perfect villa to rent for our anniversary trip. So close to many beautiful beaches and a short drive to the rest of the island. Would definitely recommend.

Home Away From Home

We absolutely loved our stay at the Kapalua Villas, everything was above and beyond what we could have even hoped for! When we come back to Maui, we know where we'll be staying. If you choose to stay in one of the villas, it will surely become your home away from home. We miss Maui already!
