Puamana 254-1 is a beautifully remodeled oceanfront 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome with an exceptional corner location on the sunny south shore of Puamana that wasn’t harmed by the Lahaina fire. The coconut tree-filled lawn adds to the tropical charm of this magical oceanfront setting. 254-1’s open floor plan offers a seamless indoor and outdoor living blend to enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and lanai. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, surfers rolling in on the waves, turtles, whale watching in season, and beautiful ever-changing ocean blues. The home's spacious, fully stocked kitchen is a masterpiece of design, featuring luxurious quartz countertops, a garden-view bay window, and top-quality appliances.

The upstairs primary bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom, king bed, direct oceanfront views, and a spacious sunning and star-gazing deck. The two guest bedrooms provide majestic views of the West Maui Mountains, one with a king and the second with two twin beds, offering expansive windows inviting the island breezes and tropical views into every corner of the space.

The lanai features an outdoor shower and gas grill perfect for a BBQ with family or friends, dining, or just kicking back and relaxing. Please note: Several buildings on the northern side of Puamana’s oceanfront community were impacted by the Lahaina fires of 2023. Fortunately, this property and the entire southern side of Puamana were unharmed; however, cleared parcels will be visible as you drive down the highway and first enter Puamana. We’re also pleased to report that two grocery store complexes in Lahaina—Safeway and Foodland Farms—as well as Maui's renowned Hula show, the Old Lahaina Luau, and four excellent Lahaina restaurants—Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle—were not affected and are all less than a ten-minute drive away.

At Puamana, you can unwind in your tropical sanctuary away from the high rises while remaining just a short distance from the thrills of world-class golf, distinctive shopping, ocean activities, and exceptional dining experiences. The resort amenities of Kaanapali and Kapalua are also easily accessible. Whether you’re organizing a relaxing getaway or a productive retreat, this is the ideal spot to take advantage of everything Maui offers.
