This hotel was so beautiful for my wife and I to spend our mini-moon at!! It’s a smaller hotel, but feels intimate and romantic. Beautiful sunset views down the steps towards the beach, we had a wonderful experience here!

The location was the best thing about the property. I called ahead to see about checking in early and was told they would have the room ready by 3:00…got there and had to sit in my car until 4:00. No real apology or reason given. The room itself was tiny, but not a huge deal. The WiFi was not good, the ac didn’t work well, the sink barely drained and I had ants throughout the room. Luckily my girlfriend had a room at Casa Laguna Hotel & Spa down the street so I stayed there the whole time. Just really disappointing. So many better places to stay in Laguna…been coming to Laguna for 20yrs.

Well maintained older property. Great restaurants and beach nearby. Rooms not large but well appointed. Only complaint is that there was no chair (nor was there a desk). So chives for seating were bed or art deco stools. Not the most comfortable.

We have frequented this hotel a number of times and have enjoyed the stay each time, and will continue to stay here any time we need a getaway. The breakfast isn't what it use to be. It's a close walk to Avila's El Rancho Mexican restaurant, which has so many great dishes and a even closer walk to the beach !
