Il est à 4 minutes à pied du restaurant Village 24h/24. À moins de 5 minutes en voiture du pont de liaison Lekki-Ikoyi et de la porte Lekki Ph 1.

Le logement
Cet appartement studio S9 est le plus petit que nous ayons dans l'immeuble. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée et à l'arrière du bâtiment. La salle de bain est petite sans aucune délimitation entre la douche et le WC. Il est exactement comme illustré sur la photo, veuillez donc le vérifier pour vous assurer qu'il convient à votre objectif ou vous pouvez passer à nos plus grands studios ou à notre chambre et à notre salon @

Ce studio S9, bien que petit, est toujours livré avec cuisine équipée avec 2 brûleurs à gaz sur table, micro-ondes, mixeur, casseroles, poêle, vaisselle, couverts, verres, etc.
Autres remarques
1)Le matelas de la chambre a 2 côtés de côtés doux et durs, afin que les voyageurs puissent demander un revers de côté de leur choix

2) La buanderie partagée à l'arrière du rez-de-chaussée dispose d'un lave-linge uniquement (couleur blanche) et d'une combinaison de lave-linge et de sèche-linge (couleur noire) avec la planche à repasser et le fer à repasser

3)La salle de sport, le billard/planche de tennis partagés se trouve également à l'arrière du rez-de-chaussée

4)Il y a un mini magasin dans le bâtiment voisin à côté de l'appartement

5) Le restaurant Village qui se trouve à environ 3/4 minutes à pied est ouvert 24h/24 et 7j/7 et peut être contacté pour la livraison (veuillez contacter l'hôte pour obtenir son numéro)

6) La rue a un code d'accès hebdomadaire pour ceux qui arrivent après 22 h. Il sera remis aux voyageurs à l'arrivée, mais l'hôte peut également être contacté en cas d'arrivée tardive des voyageurs.
