There was no stay! We were refused access to the hotel. Trinity Suites had no knowledge of our "Guaranteed Reservation" as confirmed by Hotels.com. Hotels.com made no effort to contact Trinity Suites to inform them of our arrival. Trinity was fully booked resulting in my wife and having to locate a different place to stay at a higher cost due to the fact that it was the weekend.

Very bad as they didn't receive the call and serious smelling of mold from the sofa, some A/C was not working, the staff doesn't know how to organize booking. I was very annoyed because of this 1st-day booking. But hotel a staff was hearing the complaint and changed room even if it was still not a good.
