Apartment had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Some people complain about the stairs to get to the upstairs bedroom but at 63 years of age I had no problem. I would recommend this apartment to people that are looking for a place to stay.

The apartment was very clean and the owners were very friendly. The bathroom is nice and big and has a bidet. It also had a washing machine which was nice! You could walk to the restaurants and to the grocery store. The street noise is very loud and you have to keep the windows open because it is very warm inside. Also, the room upstairs is very steep so if you have trouble walking it is hard to use them in the middle of the night to go to the restroom. If you are driving a car, it is a very narrow roadway. But usually there's an open spot by the property. Overall, it's a nice place.

Place was excellent only one thing is there is no elevator to go on second floor. too many steps to go to apartment other then everything was perfect. we really enjoined it.

The apartment was clean and the location is good. It would have been nice to have access to additional bath towels. There could be more kitchen items, like drinking glasses, there were only small juice glasses. A bread toaster would also be nice. We did appreciate the fans. For us it would have been good to know in advance that the second bedroom was upstairs. It is a lovely and clean apartment.

Hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento y hemos estado muy cómodas. Por el anuncio creíamos que sólo tenía una habitación y un sofá cama y nos alegró ver qué tenía dos habitaciones muy espaciosas. Equipado con todo lo necesario y detalle de bienvenida muy de agradecer. No hemos conocido en persona a los dueños, pero han estado atentos a todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar Está en un pueblo tranquilo, cerca de Ponta Delgada y con una ubicación excelente para salir cada día hacia una ruta distinta. Las piscinas naturales de Lagoa son de visita imprescindible. El apartamento está muy limpio, pero, como en toda zona lluviosa, hay humedades en el baño que no se pueden evitar. En la escalera de acceso hay algo de olor, pero dentro del apartamento no se nota nada. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.
