Frankfort, IN LaQuinta is either #1 or #2 on my WORST HOTELS EVER list!!! Filthy, moldy, roach infested. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a nearby family event but stayed only one night (late arrival), preferring to drive 3.5 hours rather than spend another night there! I am currently seeking a refund for the appalling conditions we experienced. My advice- Look at their FB page for other comments, not just at Travelocity reviews (I didn't until too late) and BOOK ELSEWHERE!

Booked two rooms and called to confirm and confirmed both rooms were available. Once arriving they only had one available. I had to share the room with my sister and her husband. Thank you Lord it was two queen beds. The hotel was so dirty and smelled like smoke. Never again will I stay at that hotel. I felt terrible for the check in lady. She apologized profusely.

Checked in to find that our room hadn't been cleaned, found leftover pizza boxes still there. The whole place felt and smelt unclean. Checked out after 1st night.

I apologize for myself and staff for the oversight and have alerted our housekeeping team so they can promptly address the situation and make sure this doesn't reassure in the future. I'm also excited to inform you that renovations of the property are set to start the beginning of July and be completed by fall. A Very Pleasant Stay

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
The room was very nice and comfortable with many amenities, including free wi-fi, refrigerator, microwave... All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The bathroom walls could use a cleaning, but everything else was great!
