The room that was assigned to our reservation was infested with live and dead roaches. They were literally everywhere. I have never seen anything like that. We left immediately. I have no idea how housekeeping wasn't aware of this major issue. I got a refund back but my family and I were not able to make reservations near that area so we had to drive back over an hour to find a place to rest since we had checked in late. I find this completely unacceptable. Expedia should be vetting all hotels to ensure patrons are getting a sanitized room. The pictures expedia has are immensely deceiving. Please save your money and time. Stay at your own risk. I was most certainly not going to stay with my baby there. I was highly disappointed!!!

The room had damaged/torn couch and damage to the tv stand area. The bathroom/shower area looked dirty. The room appeared clean but not at all kept up well.

They cancelled my reservation the night before I was to arrive for my daughter’s softball tournament and our stay was for 9 nights. Even though I booked 6 months ahead of time, this put me in a very bad situation.

They had the front desk closed like a concession stand. I had to call to let them know I was there to check in. Their system wasn't working to check me in, so the front desk had to make three different calls to get me into my room. I booked a king bed with a pull-out couch, and I was given a queen bed. There was no breakfast, no ice machines. The elevator and second floor smelled like a bowling alley and like someone had just finished smoking.

This hotel is bare minimum. No ice machine throughout the entire building. No coffee maker or machine. The rooms come with stoves and refrigerator but they have no pots pans or utensils. The front desk closed at 10pm. I loss my key and could not get access to my room. I had to sleep in my car until the clerk came in at 5am

Although this was what I consider a "no-frills" property, our stay was good. We signed up and paid for unlimited clean towels and paid for enhanced Wi-Fi. There was no maid service for the 12 days we were there as their policy is every 14 days, but we were able to exchange towels and sheets, blankets and bedspread as wanted. The front desk is open limited hours and we had to dump our own trash.

Beware of limited check in hours. We got in later than anticipated due to travels delays and found the front desk closed. There was a sign posted to call a number for assistance, but when dialed it tells you your call cannot be completed. A random guest told us someone who works at the hotel also lives here, so after an hour of asking anyone walking by if they work here, we found someone who actually did. Except we were rudely greeted and talked down to, made to feel like we were stupid and just “call the number”. I felt belittled during the check in process. She later apologized when finding out the number actually doesn’t work, but too little too late. First impressions matter. Our room was dirty with stained towels, a maxi pad in the pull our couch, and beer bottle caps. Thankfully we just needed it for a night but will never return. The plus side is easy and convenient location right off the interstate. It was quiet and the pillows were comfortable.
