Property ok, but looks like some renovations and had directions to rooms confusing . Way to much walking for handicapped person

In desperate need of refurb. Definitely showing it’s age. It just felt depressing. Not what I would expect from a Marriott brand. I would opt for a different hotel next time in town.

The staff was very friendly. But had to have the cops called due to 4 guys in the parking lot making me very uncomfortable. And for the same four guys doing drugs in the parking lot. The police did nothing. My room just happened to be right next to those guys room so they did move me rooms but just moved next to someone that had a very young child that cried and screamed all night. I was not offered any compensation back for all of the trouble It was just an overall horrible experience. I don’t believe that it was necessarily the hotels fault but they didn’t make the guys leave and they could have comped my stay or something. I was afraid to even leave my room the rest of the stay

Laura, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We thank you for recognizing our friendly staff who were happy to call law enforcement at your request. While we appreciate and understand that you believed to have witnessed drug activity, upon investigation, law enforcement found no evidence of any illegal activity. Therefore, there was no basis for evicting these guests' from their rooms. You were moved to an alternate location in the hotel at your request and we would have happily moved you again had you made us aware of the young child who was causing you an inconvenience.

The pool area was nice. The rooms were very disappointing. We paid for a suite, including breakfast. The bathroom sink was clogged, the tub had a stain from a continuous drip. The wallpaper was pulling away throughout the suite

The hotel is very nice and the front desk help was welcoming. My daughters room the tub wasn't clean but other than that the room was nice. My room appeared a little older than hers but was nice. My husband went to take a towels off the towel rack and the rack fell apart. But my children's breakfast experience was unexceptable. They got cereal and milk and my daughter took a bite and the milk was spoiled. When I looked at the date the expiration date was 12/2/19. We were having breakfast on 12/15/19. I let the attendant know and she told me "I know I just haven't had time to get it off the table yet." What? We let the front desk know when we checked out.
