West-facing living room comprising, living/dining room 30m² approximately, open kitchen with dining area and 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and terrace accessible by living room and bedroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160cm) the second with bunk beds (2 x 90 cm) each is equipped with a dressing room. You benefit from a terrace area equipped with garden furniture (table/chairs) facing west. Private and secure parking space at the Carnot covered car park. Beach, shops, shops about 50m, Golf 3 km and Lake Lacanau about 6km. Reach the nature reserves, the activities on the lake or the surrounding villages thanks to the network of bike paths (130km). Noisy area in summer. Ref 02407 Holiday checks accepted.
