Key handover is managed by the agency Interhome in Lacanau, located 4 km from the property, and guests are advised to coordinate their arrival accordingly. Please be aware that the owner does not accept any youth groups. These house rules are in place to maintain the quality and comfort of the residence for all visitors.

This elegant 4-room villa of 120 m2 is spread across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room welcomes you with a dining table and a flat screen television, and opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool area. The first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 80 cm width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. The ground floor further includes 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs. On the upper floor, an open room serves as the third bedroom and is furnished with 1 french bed of 2 x 80 cm width and 190 cm in length. This upper level is completed by an additional bathroom and a separate WC. The villa also features a large west-facing terrace of 40 m2 offering beautiful views of the swimming pool and the garden, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.

Amenities Included

This vacation rental is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen on the ground floor is outfitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules, which are available as an extra.
