User Urlaub 3 Wochen Juni 2025 (Ehepaar)

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus wunderbare 3 Wochen im Juni 2025 verbracht. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön, ruhig und gemütlich. Das Haus modern, sehr sauber und neuwertig. Pool kann sogar mit schönem Farbenspiel ausgeleuchtet werden. Es gibt genug schattige Teile des grossen Gartens, wenn es zu warm ist. Gregorry ist sehr behilflich, gibt gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Fazit: Urlaub sehr angenehm, Dank an Gregorry.

Vous pouvez réserver chez Grégory les yeux fermés !!!!! Tout est parfait..... La maison, la piscine, l'environnement, la tranquillité..... Pleins de choses à faire dans cette région sud Ardèche ou tout est beau. Grottes à visiter, canoë, quad et buggy, châteaux .... J'en oublie sûrement. Nous reviendrons !!!!! Logement au calme et bien situé !

Beau petit gîte très bien situé, et au calme. Proche du Ruoms, supermarché 15min en voiture. Logement propre, suffisant pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Piscine appréciable. Propriétaire très sympathique, attentionné et à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement !

Location propre, très récente et dans un lieu très calme. Une belle terrasse plein sud qui donne sur une belle vue et qui sera appréciable pour les petits déjeunés...etc. Cette location est proche de Ruoms (1,5 km) et de pleins de belles choses à visiter autour. J'y ai passé de bons moments avec ma femme et mon fils. Je recommande sans hésiter. NOTA: Bonne communication avec le propriétaire des lieux

Avons été très bien accueillis sur place, maison très propre, bien située. Zones d'ombres et de soleil dans le jardin, piscine bien appréciée des petits. À 5mn de la plage de Labeaume en voiture ou en velo, et du centre ville de Ruoms. Possibilité de faire du vélo, du canoë, les visites de grottes, et le temps passé à la rivière... Très bel accueil du propriétaire qui a pris le temps de nous accompagner en voiture pour nous indiquer le supermarché le plus proche, la déchetterie, les restos...Le gîte est neuf, très bien équipé avec piscine et surtout il dispose d'une magnifique terrasse ombragée qui permet une vue imprenable sur Le Rocher de Sampzon. Nous vous recommandons cet endroit pour le calme, les belles promenades et le patrimoine à découvrir.

Cette maison est bien située, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. C'est une maison que je recommande pour une séjour à 2 couples ou en famille (1 couple + 1 ou 2 enfants). Merci au propriétaire pour son amabilité et ses attentions.
