Direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking, plus a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
New 56 m² apartment on the ground floor, facing the sea, for 4/6 people with 2 bedrooms.
It consists of a 23 m² living area: a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep 2, a flat-screen TV, and an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a sea view: a 160x200 double bed, a dressing room, and a second bedroom with two 80x200 single beds that can be pushed together, a dressing room. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a 14m² terrace with patio furniture. Shops and restaurants are 50m away, and the beach is in front of the residence. A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor parking is available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available.
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
