The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

Las esquinas del baño negras llenas de humedad. La pintura escarchada y las sábanas manchadas. El tamaño de la habitación es minúsculo y las cortinas no tapan la luz solar, te ven desde la calle. Poca intimidad, no lo recomiendo.

Une nuit avant de partir en croisière. Hôtel très propre, calme et reposant, parfait pour une nuit avant le départ. Seul petit point à améliorer : aucune réponse à mes deux appels pour avoir des précisions sur l’accès depuis la gare SNCF de Toulon. Malgré cela, j’ai vraiment apprécié la propreté et la tranquillité des lieux.
