Overall, this stay fell short primarily due to the condition and quality of the linens. For a smaller unit, a few basics really matter, and unfortunately this was the biggest disappointment. The pillows appeared mismatched and worn, as if they had been pieced together over time. The comforter and top blanket did not seem freshly washed, and there were visible stains, which made the space feel less than clean.Clean, comfortable linens are essential for even a short stay, and there were no extra sheets or pillowcases available in the closet. The mattress was also covered in plastic, which is understandable for protection, but without a proper padded layer over it, it made sleeping uncomfortable, noisy, sweaty and hot.Additionally, the shower head could use replacing—it’s a small upgrade that would make a noticeable difference.On a positive note, parking was convenient, check-in was smooth, the pool area was enjoyable, and the location worked well. However, the overall experience was impacted by what felt like a lack of attention to cleanliness and comfort.
