Room we paid for was really dark and the extractor fan was extremely noisy. We went back to reception and was changed to a brighter room but it was two downgrades and therefore didn’t have the upgraded features we’d pay for. I feel a complimentary drink would have been appropriate, but nothing. As we were on a bottom floor there was lots of noise above us all night. The breakfast was terrible as most of it had gone and it had not been refreshed even though staff were sat doing nothing. For the money paid it was not a great experience

A/C didn’t work,room was worn down. When we mentioned A/C didn’t work and rooms were 80 degrees no sorry or anything and they were not able to fix it. Loud in hallways and everything echoed. I stayed here 5 yrs ago and was lovely but went downhill unfortunately. They also charge a resort fee that they don’t tell you about for parking and terrible wi-fi. Think I will stick w the Marriotts in The desert.

Great place to stay for an evening in La Quinta! The view from our room, overlooking the water, was absolutely beautiful. Nice touches like complementary Saratoga waters in the room and OUTSTANDING air conditioning kept us very comfortable. Great location, plus nicely appointed & clean; we would stay again.

According to the hotel no breakfast on the weekends. Also they said they would do something special for my husband because it was its birthday. I sent them an email and called as well no answer or email. I paid for amenities none. And the Tesla charger wasn’t working when it was was. I asked to be called when it was and no one called. Receptionist very bad in customer service.
