The mountains surrounding PGA West don`t just sit in the distance - they perform. From early morning gold to deep evening shadow, the desert landscape shifts constantly, framing every moment you spend in the backyard. Out here, the air settles at dusk, the fire pit crackles to life, and the pool catches the last of the sky`s color before night rolls in. This is the kind of place where schedules loosen and the days find their own rhythm.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The primary suite comes with a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower - plus direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and TV. Bedroom 3 has two double beds and a TV. The living area also features a pull-out sofa bed, and a king air mattress is available upon request.
Living spaces
The main living area is set up with generous seating and a large Smart TV for easy evenings in. High-speed Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace keep you connected when needed. Air conditioning, central heating, and a washer and free dryer round out the everyday conveniences. The home is entirely single-level, with no stairs throughout.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, microwave, stove, stainless steel oven, and dishwasher - along with a dining table for shared meals. A Keurig coffee machine, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, toaster, blender, and baking sheet mean you have everything needed for a proper home-cooked breakfast or a casual dinner in.
Outdoor living
The private backyard is where this home earns its reputation. A private outdoor pool (heated, available all year) and private hot tub (open 24 hours) sit alongside sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout, gather around the fire pit as the temperature drops, or simply settle onto the patio and watch the mountains change color. Pool heating is complimentary for summer months; a fee of $50 per day applies to heat the pool to 88°F from October through May.
Bathrooms & extras
The home includes 2.5 bathrooms, with a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water throughout. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron, and clothing storage - including a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser - are all provided. Families are well catered for, with a crib and Pack `n play/Travel crib available upon request. Mini golf is also available on-site.
Safety & security
The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit for peace of mind throughout your stay.
Location
Situated within PGA West, the home is a short walk to Ernie`s Bar and Grill at The Stadium Course Clubhouse. A shared gym is available nearby. La Quinta`s golf courses, dining, and the Empire Polo Grounds are all within easy reach.
Arrival & stay details
Self check-in is via keypad - your unique entry code is issued ahead of arrival, making the process seamless. Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge if the schedule allows. Free parking is available on premises and on the street. Long-term stays are welcome. The home features two moveable Sonos speakers. Please note that HOA noise restrictions apply - outdoor noise should be kept considerate at all times, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Cleaning is carried out at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. We do not recommend shipping packages to the home, as we cannot be responsible for deliveries.
Pet policy
Certain non-shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are considered at an additional fee. Cats are not permitted.
NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-8AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)
You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.
Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
