Well appointed updated condo

We love Legacy Villas for its location and charming architecture. This condo is nicely updated with tile floors, and a renovated kitchen and bathrooms—making it feel more like a hotel. It has good proximity to two pools and privacy. A great place to stay!

Walk out the door and the mountain was right there by us. Small issue with the thermostat and management company was on top of it quickly and resolved it.Would definitely pick it again on another trip

GREAT accommodation!

The interior of our unit had been completely redone and was bright and airy. The groundskeeping staff works constantly and the entire area was spotless. The front gate checked every car that came in to make sure that only registered guests were on the property. The entire operation was professionally managed.

Low end furnishings and kitchen , shower water pressure/spout was pitiful and smells terrible, roach in master bath, Ceiling fan spun the wrong way so didn’t cool down despite having a service person come look at it who couldn’t figure it out, very basic unit. Good if you just want a place to lay your head at night.

Not Good

We were rejected at the guard house at check in as they said we did not have a reservation. Royale eventually fixed it but it was a hassle and embarrassing. Our shower was broken and completely unfixable during our stay. The plumber had to order a broken part which did not arrive during our time. Royale made no attempt to compensate us or even apologize for the inconvenience.We cannot recommend this unit and especially the management company Royale Real Estate.

Beautiful Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wendy is a super host. She made sure that we got in the property just fine. We checked-in really late and it was our first time staying at La Quinta Villas property. Wendy helped us locate the lockbox and stayed on the phone with us until we got in the condominium. She was very pleasant and bid us goodnight.The amenities are very basic for one night stay with shampoo and conditioner, but didn't find a hair dryer. At least the iron was working when I needed it to press my clothes for the wedding that we attended.It has a beautiful view of the rocky peaks and there were 10 different pools that you can use around the villas. It was nice that also provided beach towels if you need to use the pool. Overall, this place is nice and would consider to be back again.

The quietest stay we’ve ever experienced. Pretty neighborhood, very safe, with pretty lawn and landscaping. New and clean interior. Instant hot water in bathroom a plus. One of the master beds was really lumpy and creaky though, woke us up through the night. The other was much better, but we were lucky we were only two occupying a 2bed 2 bath. The amenities stated tennis, which we brought racquets for, but this property did not have courts. Maybe it was referring to a different property or off-site location. One thing that was a bit off-putting were the unfriendly instructions on how to throw out the garbage outside and start the dishwasher upon checkout to avoid a fine. Not that we were going to BbQ, but there were so many conflicting instructions, both in the email and on the bbq itself that I wouldn’t even try. I guess the stern voice became necessary at some point, but it makes me want to stay at a hotel, esp with the high taxes and fees that come along w a VRBO stay. Still, a super relaxing and, like I said, QUIET stay. Good for family or 2 couples. You wouldn’t get this much house and patio w a hotel.

Decent place in quiet La Quinta

Stayed here with my wife and 1 yr old son. The complex was nice, the many pools were great as well. Location was a little far from central Palm springs. The only issue that we had with the condo was the floors were quite dirty. Maybe it’s the norm for everyone to wear shoes inside their house? All in all, decent place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was great, super easy, we never needed to contact anyone. The neighborhood is lovely with many pools and a fitness center. And it is right next door to LaQuinta Resort if you’d like to take a nice breakfast or lunch there. The unit itself was big and comfortable, a bit spare, and beds were a little awkward (huge foam toppers), but it was nice enough. Might look for a different unit next time, but very happy overall with stay at Legacy Villas.

Convent clean and comfortable

A great central location with clean comfortable accommodations. All we needed for a wonderful week in sunny Palm Springs area. Legacy Villas is a great place centrally located with lots to do.
