Welcome to Casa Platino. A brand new, beautifully designed 3 Bed / 2.5 Bath home in PGA Signature West. It is on a corner lot with great Mountain Views and lots of sunshine to enjoy the private pool and spa and BBQ. Easy access to the PGA Stadium course and Ernie's Bar and Grill. Near the Coachella and Stagecoach festival grounds with easy access to great public golf courses. Community features a great fitness center and other amenities.

Guest access
Signature at PGA WEST is a guarded gated community, and your group will be provided access for your stay. Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May.
