With south and west mountain views, this 3741 sq.ft., 5BD/3.5BA Santa Rosa model by Toll Brothers is one of the nicest locations in the PGA West Greg Norman community. The large pool and patio overlook the 13th fairway and have unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa mountains. This floor plan has a lovely living room with a wet bar. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer those spectacular mountain views. Casual living works well in the family/TV room. The kitchen has a generously sized breakfast eating area, pantry, double ovens, and built-in refrigerator. Luxuriate in the master suite.
