Great location but parking is on street. Room was clean but breakfast was poor and the coffee machine almost didn't work. The staff was in vacation mode, not really there for clients.

A cosy refuge

Hotel Residencia is such a charming, atmospheric and cosy place which you can see from their pictures online. It also has a spacious and sunny terrace. The evening meals have all been good and such good value as is the breakfast with daily delivered pastries and in fact a breakfast choice to suit everyone. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the beds comfortable with crisp cotton sheets and thick towels. The only slight downside which nothing can be done about is that noise does carry from room to room but in my stay not a big problem as most get up and retire about the same time. The owner and his co worker maybe a little reserved but are both very helpful and accommodating. A good stay.

Great little hotel in a great little country!

I highly recommend Hotel Residencia Aldosa for convenience and comfort. They have a large, free parking lot across the street which is important in a place like Andorra with limited parking. La Massana is only a 5 minute walk down the hill which is perfect because the hotel is convenient to the city center without being in the middle of the crowded main street. The room was basic but comfortable and I had a nice view of the surrounding mountains. The staff is incredibly helpful and detail-oriented. I had issues extending my rental car for another day and the manager went out of his way to help me contact Enterprise and get that sorted. They also have a restaurant and bar on site with vegetarian options. I was VERY glad I did not stay in Andorra La Vella which looked like a touristic nightmare every time I drove through it. If you go to Andorra skip the capital and head to L'Aldosa to stay at Hotel Residencia Aldosa.

Quiet location in the mountains

The location is a about a 10 minute drive from La Vella, but with great views of the mountains and in a quiet location. There is a bar and a restaurant for the hotel costumers, with good food and great prices. Breakfast is plentyful. Owner and staff are friendly. Place is clean, and spacious.

Great location to stay.

Clean beds. Plenty of hot water. Beer good. I think that the premises must have changed hands as another review I read said that the premises was run by a Dutch couple but this didn't seem to be the case and the food didn't seem to match up to previous reviews. Local area good for exploring.

No es hotel sino una pensión con unos servicios muy reducidos, independientemente del nombre y la cartelería. Por partes: - No permiten pagar en el alojamiento, tiene que ser anticipadamente. Me establecieron un sistema de pago a plazos que luego incumplieron. Mi tarjeta de crédito falló cuando fueron a hacer el cargo y me llegó un mensaje estando ya en Andorra comunicándomelo y diciendo que la única solución era llamarles por teléfono. Como no puedo permitirme el elevado coste de una llamada internacional, tuve que pedir ayuda en la oficina de turismo y me hicieron el favor de llamarles; aunque me dijeron que por protocolo no podían hacerlo, mi cara de desesperación lo decía todo... Además, ahí fue cuando se cobraron la reserva entera más el abuso del impuesto turístico cuando se suponía que sólo me cobrarían una noche. - No limpian la habitación ni reponen los artículos de aseo, por las toallas cobran. Cuando volví a la noche y me encontré el panorama, le pedí al recepcionista una toalla y gel, y me respondió de malas maneras que para qué quería eso y que por lo que cuesta qué esperaba. - La cama es muy incómoda, la habitación es pequeña y apenas hay sitio para dejar las cosas. - Varias de las prestaciones con las que presuntamente contaba: limpieza, desayuno, restaurante,... me dijeron que no lo tenían con la excusa de la pandemia. Me siento estafado, pagué por cosas que no había. - Se ve bonita la ubicación, pero en Andorra hay muchos hoteles en lugares así.

Contrairement à ce qui était prescrit lors de la réservation, il n'y avai pas de petit déjeuners !!! ,C était pourtant proposé sur la publicité de l établissement !!! De plus, chauffage tres décevant et pratiquement inexistant !! Lunette des WC cassée et propreté générale très aléatoire et insuffisante !! Nous n'y reviendrons plus et le déconseillons !!!

Bien si solo paras a dormir

Habitaciones pequeñas, funcional solo para ir a dormir. El volumen de la TV está limitado, a mí parecer bastante bajo. Por la mañana el bar y recepción estan cerrados, y te derivan a una crepería cercana no muy económica. Por lo que hace a la cena, en nuestro caso contamos cenar en el restaurante del hostal (puesto que es el único que hay en la zona) pero es pequeño y dijeron que ya estaba todo reservado, así que tuvimos que coger de nuevo el coche e ir a otro pueblo.

Nous avons réservé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel sur une étape de voyage en moto car il faisait restaurant. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés l'accueil s'est trouvé être assez ''froid'', et le Monsieur me tend alors le ticket de mon débit de CB en m'expliquant qu'il n'y a pas de service de restauration et donc pas de petit déjeuner non plus! Conclusion, il a fallu resortir à moto pour aller dîner à Andorre et partir à jeun le lendemain matin. Bref, assez mécontents car nous comprenons tres bien que le Covid pose encore des soucis d'organisation aux commerces mais il serait appréciable que cela soit clair au moment de la réservation.
