I tend to be more of a hotel guy, but I have done my fair share of apartment rentals, from ski condos to beach cottages to big-city flats both here and abroad. One thing that’s for certain is that, if all of them were as comfortable and well appointed as The Rosemont, I’d probably do it a whole lot more. The location just blocks from Windansea is amazing, and the condo itself is just about perfect: Tastefully decorated, clearly marked, and stocked with quality furnishings, housewares, and appliances. It’s clear the guests’ comfort matters to the ownership/management. Here are my only two negatives: The water pressure in the shower is kinda weak, and the Kirkland Keurig pods are pretty rank (they need to take their java game up a couple notches to match the quality of everything else ). On the management end, communication from Nathan was outstanding, check-in and check out were easy, instructions were generally clear. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but my impression is that, if we had run into any problems, Nathan would’ve been all over it. Since my family lives nearby, I have no doubt this will be our go-to place for all our future visits.
