• 3 night minimum stay. • No Smoking • No AC • Parking: Driveway access and street parking available for guests, no access to garage. • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150. • Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced. • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras. • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID.
