In the heart of the Brie region, come and stay in our house just a stone's throw from the Crècy forest.

The accommodation sleeps 14. The 4 independent bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed each) and the two bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, will provide you with comfort and rest during your stay.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a 55-inch television, a built-in sound system and LED mood lights available free of charge (easy and fast Bluetooth connection).
A large dining table is available to seat up to 8 people comfortably and a maximum of 12 people (4 occasional chairs are available).
The 45 m2 living/dining room opens onto an outdoor area with a large, floodlit terrace of over 100 m2 equipped with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal available) and two large tables for enjoying a pleasant meal in the sun.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine (standard capsules required), fridge and dishwasher.
You will also have access to the garage where you will find a table football, a dart board and a spare fridge.

OCCUPATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
The accommodation is non-smoking.
The accommodation is designed for 14 people. For more than 14 people, please ask us before booking.
Possibility of organising a birthday party, EVG, EVJF, or small quiet family gathering within the limit of the number of people authorised, in strict compliance with the rules described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before booking.

For longer stays (business, company, workers or family trips), contact us to benefit from an attractive rate.

CHECK-IN:
We make every effort to ensure that the accommodation booked is available as soon as possible and no later than 5.00 pm. Earlier arrivals are subject to availability.

CHECK-OUT :
Check-out every day except Sundays and public holidays: 11.00 am at the latest.
Check-out on Sundays and public holidays: 5.00 p.m. at the latest.
Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, you will be asked to follow all the departure instructions described in the house rules. Please read the house rules carefully before booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is required from the tenant by bank transfer (amount not debited, which does not affect the bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
This sum will be released after your departure, unless you deduct the amount of a "cleaning supplement", any damage caused or any breach of the house rules.

HOUSEHOLD LINEN:
Bed linen is provided. When you arrive, the beds will be made up with clean sheets.
Towels are not included in the rental price. They can be hired on request for €5 each.

TRAVELLER CONSUMABLES
During your stay with us, we will provide you with the following on arrival:
- Toilet paper
- Sponge and washing-up liquid
- Dishwasher detergent
- Hand soap
- Cleaning equipment

The following items are not included in the rental price:
- Shower gel/shampoo/after-shampoo
- Towel (Or optional at €5 each)
- Coal & firelighters

CLEANING:
A "standard" cleaning charge is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked.
The cleaning service provided prior to your arrival in the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning the household linen, making up the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before you leave, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a clean and tidy condition.
We will provide you with all the equipment you need to clean the accommodation so that you can return it to us in a clean and tidy condition.

PARKING:
Park your vehicles inside the property in the designated spaces or farther down the path. Do not park in front of the accommodation or neighbors' accommodations.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at no additional cost under the following conditions:
- They must be clean.
- They should not cause any damage to the accommodation.
- Do not allow them to climb onto beds or sofas.
- Clean up after them.
Dangerous animals are strictly prohibited.

INTERNET:
The house is equipped with ORANGE fiber.

TGV Chessy station 20 minutes RER E in Tournan en Brie 10 minutes (Line P or RER E) Marles en Brie station 5 minutes by car (Line P) Disney 20 km, Provins 45 km, and Paris 50 km by car.

INTERACTION:
There is always someone to answer your questions. We are at your disposal throughout your stay to ensure that everything goes well.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
Peaceful village of 1500 inhabitants. We are located at the end of the village on a very quiet path bordered by fields and the forest. There is a bakery, a restaurant, a grocery store, and a chocolate shop in the center of the village, 1 km from the house, about a ten-minute walk.

TRANSPORT:
TGV Chessy station 20 minutes RER E in Tournan en Brie 10 minutes Direct Marles en Brie - Gare de l'Est 5 minutes Disney 20 km, Provins 45 km, and Paris 50 km by car.

NOTES:
The property is equipped with a video surveillance system that films and records only the outside areas, specifically the accesses to the property. The inside of the property is not equipped with a video surveillance system in order to respect your privacy.
