New Family House, combining the modern comfort of quality and the typical style of the island close to the sea (60 meters from the beach) with 3 bedrooms. Near the center of LA GUERINIERE, shops. Quiet in a private street.

The ground of 550m ² is closed for a greater security of the children and for your peace. A beautiful south facing terrace with furniture, and outdoor shower. You hear the sound of the surf waves .... Magic!
The bright living room with its large bay windows, has a living room, a dining room and a high-end kitchen overlooking a patio sheltered from the wind. The kitchen is bathed in light by a glass roof.

Super sejour en famille

Magnifique maison, avec la plage vraiment à côté. Tout est fait pour un super sejour. Meme si nous avons eu qq jours de pluie, la maison est tres lumineuse et bien pourvue en jeux.Le marche du jeudi matin est top !

Sehr gepflegtes Haus an Top Lage

We were really lucky- these house is really cosy. We had no good weather during our stay but there are lot of games and a very good equipped kitchen in this house. So it was easy to spend some time with our three kids here. Ile Noirmoutier is very nice and we would like to come back in summer once.

Haus zum wohlfühlen

Das Haus ist sehr wohnlich und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, alles ist sehr neu und wertig. Celine ist sehr aufmerksam und präsent und erklärt detailliert, was zu beachten ist. Wir hatten übersehen, dass keine Handtücher vorhanden sind, woraufhin sie umgehend die Hausdame vorbeischickte, die uns welche brachte. Gegen einen Aufpreis bezieht diese auch die Betten. Bis zum Meer ist es ein kurzer Spaziergang. Die Insel Noirmoutier hat uns sehr gefallen, es gibt schöne Ecken und Strände, tolle Märkte, alles per Fahrrad zu erreichen.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, hell und sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Garten bietet reichlich Platz. Garten und Haus sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Der Weg zum Strand ist wirklich kurz und der Strand ist herrlich und lädt zum Baden, Wassersport oder Muschelsammeln ein. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Wochenmarkt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Semaine de location fin Octobre pour 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Maison très agréable, emplacement idéal à 60m de l’océan pour des balades, apéros, château de sable. Pièce de vie immense, bien décorée. De nombreux équipements (jeux, livre, éléments de cuisine, …). 2 belles salle de bain. Location au top.

Maison impeccable et très bien située

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans cette maison très récente qui dispose de très beaux espaces à vivre (salon, patio, jardin, cuisine ouverte) est très proche de la plage et parfaitement équipée avec un grand souci du détail. La deco est très soignée. Nous avons apprécié les jeux de société et le prêt de vélos ainsi que les conseils de loisirs. Séjour très agréable.

Maison neuve et joliment décorée, à 2 pas de la plage de la cantine. Super séjour !

Nous avons fait le pari de louer cette villa alors qu’elle n’était pas terminée et nous avons bien fait ! Maison décorée selon nos goûts, avec des petits détails très sympas, une grande chambre/suite parentale au RDC avec une belle SDB, une cuisine superbe avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour se faire plaisir en cuisinant -et des appareils électroménagers au top- et un salon très agréable, de belle taille. Nous avons apprécié aussi les livres, BD et jeux mis à disposition, la douche extérieure et la belle terrasse pour manger dehors. Petit bémol : les 2 chambres à l’etage ne sont pas grandes mais malgré tout, bien agencées. Tout a été pensé pour être à la fois joli et fonctionnel. Une vraie réussite ! Et puis la proximité de la plage de la Cantine est un vrai bonheur. Chacun peut suivre son rythme... Merci pour le prêt des vélos et la bouteille de vin en guise de bienvenue. Bien entendu, nous conseillons la maison... mais pas trop quand même sinon, nous ne pourrons plus revenir 😉😊!

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend en famille dans votre jolie maison toute équipée. Les petits points faibles sont: - plan travail cuisine trop fragile donc un peu contraignant -manque un siège enfant pour les vélos -ménage fait par votre femme de ménage peu rigoureux Merci nous reviendrons sûrement en espérant avoir plus de soleil!
