The market at the foot of the residence every Thursday and Sunday in July, August and Sunday the rest of the year.
The quay of honor with its restaurants, its shops and water activities to 70 m, the beach to 150 m, the city center to 150 m, everything is done on foot very easily, the car is not necessary.

Free parking 13 minutes walk in front of the Pasino. Otherwise in Green Zone ticket to take at the terminal for 45 € the week. There is a green area at the foot of the building in front of the Town Hall. Possibility to store your bikes in the underground parking of the secure residence (dedicated location) and also dedicated bike racks in the secure interior courtyard of the residence.

Excellent séjour. Tout d'abord, merci à Laurence pour son accueil sympathique et dynamique. L'appartement est propre, confortable et bien équipé. L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner aux alentours, et se promener le soir sur le port ou au bord de la plage.

Superbe appartement, le meilleur que j'ai louée à la grande motte , toute équipée ,en plein centre ville à 300m de la plage , avec vue sur la mer piscine ,climatisation , déco super moderne ,la boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble pour le petit déjeuner ,ainsi que le marché .Je reviendrais l'année prochaine!!!!

TrÚs bonne appréciation générale.

Je recommande tout particuliÚrement cette location pour la qualité de l'appartement, sa propreté et sa décoration intérieure ainsi que son emplacement idéal à la Grande Motte (port, plages et commerces sont à proximité immédiate). C'est d'autant plus appréciable que la location n'offre pas de place de parking.

Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen zu 100% der RealitĂ€t. Es ist wirklich an jedes Detail gedacht, besser ausgestattet kann ein Appartement nicht sein, ideal fĂŒr 2 Reisende oder auch fĂŒr eine kleine Familie. Alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Warum also keine 5 Sterne? Wer wie wir gerne die Fenster und TĂŒren ( auch nachts ) offen hat, muss schon sehr LĂ€rmresistent sein. Auf der Strasse ist reger Verkehr und die Lage des Appartements verstĂ€rkt den LĂ€rm noch. Klar, man kann die Fenster schließen und die Klimaanlage anmachen, aber das ist eben nicht unser Ding. Ansonsten ist das Objekt bedenkenlos zu empfehlen,

Bel appartement bien situé et super équipé

Nous avons passĂ© 15 jours en aout (2 ados et 2 adultes) dans ce bel appartement situĂ© au coeur de la station (parfois un peu bruyant le samedi soir fenĂȘtres ouvertes, mais calme avec la clim et les fenĂȘtres fermĂ©es). La plage est vraiment trĂšs proches, tous les commerces sont Ă  moins de 2 min Ă  pieds, le marchĂ© est aux pieds (littĂ©ralement). L'Ă©quipement de l'appartement est vraiment trĂšs complet et rĂ©cent. L'appartement Ă©tait nickel Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et l'accueil de Laurence trĂšs trĂšs sympa (merci pour le parking ;-)). Literie super! Bref, on Ă©tait chez nous (en plus petit) lĂ -bas.

Nous avons passé 4 jours et 3 nuits avec un bébé de 21 mois pour le weekend du 14 juillet dans ce bel appartement. Absolument aucune critique à faire, tout est propre, confortable, bien équipé, un accueil chaleureux par Laurence, sans oublier un emplacement idéal! (Pas besoin de prendre la voiture)

L'appartement Ă  notre arrivĂ©e Ă©tait trĂšs sale. Le contraste entre la rĂ©alitĂ© et les photos prĂ©sentant un appartement propret et bien entretenu est saisissant. Le lit dans la chambre est trĂšs inconfortable et l'Ă©tat du matelas dĂ©plorable. Un seul jeu de clĂ©s mis Ă  disposition, ce qui requiert une organisation hors pair pour une famille. A notre arrivĂ©e, nous n'avions pas les "bons" bracelets piscine. Pour info, la surveillance Ă  la piscine est militaire et la liste des interdictions aussi longues que celle des courses en arrivant. Les plus: lave-linge et la localisation de l’appartement.

Appartement tres bien situé,proche de toutes commodités, port 1mn et plage a 3mn a pieds. cet appartement est lumineux et propre, une grande véranda permet de prendre les repas sur la terasse avec vue latérale sur la mer. La literie est neuve et nous y avons tres bien dormi. Jolie salle de bain avec sa douche a l'italienne. internet et jeux de societe a disposition. Accueil sympathique, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
